The fish heads are fried in advance. They are not very big and are topped with something similar to hot and sour soup. I think the dish is acceptable. There is not much meat on the fish heads, but it tastes good.

A famous teahouse in Chiayi City. The fruit tea and herbal tea there are both delicious and cheap. I especially like oolong tea, as Taiwan itself produces pretty good oolong tea.

Seeing many people eating, I came over to join in the fun. The fish head is a silver carp head. There is actually not much else inside, but the fish maw tastes good. The price is not very expensive anyway, and a whole table doesn&#39;t cost much.
