WU MING MAO CAI

Wuming Maocai is one of the “Top Ten Fly Restaurants” in Chengdu. It is located on Xierdao Street. The location is relatively easy to find and it is very popular. The food in this restaurant is so delicious!

It was my first time eating maocai. I ordered a small portion of vegetarian dishes, slightly spicy, which felt like malatang or heated skewers. There were kelp, black fungus, winter melon slices, bean sprouts, potato slices, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, bean curd, lotus root slices, wide noodles, and chives and bean paste. It was very fresh, probably Pixian bean paste. The store is not very attractive, but there is a different world in the alley next to it. There are four relatively independent areas for dining, and no trash cans. The taste is good, but the hygiene is worrying. The service attitude is very good, and they especially told me to take good care of the elderly. I was touched and ashamed.

It is said to be the best in Chengdu maocai. There is no shop sign. It is a famous fly restaurant. I really don't regret going there. The location is easy to find. You can't go wrong by following the navigation. There is a Parkson next to it. It is really a fly restaurant. The taste is good, the price is very reasonable, and the service is not bad. Although there is a queue, you will be in line quickly.

When eating hotpot alone, of course I have to eat maocai. The shop doesn't look big from the outside, but it's a different world inside. There are many small rooms and the environment is still very ordinary. Because I went there alone, the boss would stop me if I ordered too much. His signature beef is very delicious and tender, but in the end I had too much and had to pack it up and take it home.
