De yi lou zheng Restaurant

There are two Deyilou restaurants in Changshu. One is called Deyilou Steamed Food Restaurant in the navigation, and the other is called Deyilou. The one I reviewed today is Deyilou Steamed Food Restaurant, which is located at the entrance of Fangta Pedestrian Street, Yangang Street, and the steamed food restaurant is on the second floor. The wall of the stairwell is very distinctive, with a blackboard and chalk writing design from childhood, which witnessed the development of Deyilou, with the words of the boss, the words of the employees, and the blessings of the boss and industry insiders.

Changshu is a very livable Jiangnan town with mountains, water and delicious food. For my first visit, I couldn't wait to find delicious food - steamed dishes with Changshu characteristics. I chose the time-honored Deyilou. After entering the storefront and going up the stairs, I felt the heritage of the time-honored brand. The owner of the store is very down-to-earth. He recommended three dishes to our store, which are enough for the two of us. They are all signature dishes of the store: mushroom oil tofu, old eight steamed bowls with three delicacies, and vermicelli fish head soup. The taste is very good! The steamed bowl is light and fresh, and the vermicelli fish head soup is rich in fish freshness. It is a perfect match with rice. It's a pity that I didn't have the opportunity to try other dishes. I must try them again next time if I have the opportunity. It's really worth recommending!

I went to Changshu for a trip and had a meal at this restaurant. The bronze plaque on the wall reads: Home of Chinese Steamed Food - Changshu Steamed Food Demonstration Store, awesome. During the Spring Festival, the restaurant was doing a booming business. I ordered the following dishes based on the recommendations on the Internet: vegetarian eel shreds, mushroom oil tofu, Deyilou steamed four delights, steamed pork with rice flour, stinky tofu, all of which were pretty good. My favorite was the vegetarian eel shreds, which were made with mushrooms and were sweet and delicious. The service in the restaurant was pretty good, and the prices were moderate.
