It took a local friend in Changsha to take me to this place! Please, please stop crowding at internet-famous restaurants! It's right next to May Day IFS. The new Chinese-style private room looks amazing in any photo! Eating on the third-floor terrace is a true delight. Steamed Pork and Golden Thread Wontons, Coconut and Lemon Cassava Cake, Intangible Cultural Heritage Changsha Hundred-Grain Meatballs with Shrimp Tail, and Changsha Spicy Stir-fried Duck with Spicy Rice Cake and Crayfish. So many Changsha specialties and snacks and desserts! Every one is delicious! 😭 Even my mom, who doesn't eat late-night snacks, praised it. Located in an old alleyway next to Wuyi IFS, this authentic shrimp and crab restaurant, called Hinnn, has been open for 10 years! I honestly want to say their new spicy stir-fried rice cakes with lobster and Changsha spicy stir-fried duck, are absolutely delicious! The spicy rice cakes are sticky and spicy, and the crayfish are so tender! You absolutely have to mix the noodles with the spicy stir-fried duck! The noodles, smothered in the duck sauce, are fragrant and mouthwatering! I love those with a strong palate! The stir-fried baby cuttlefish, the intangible cultural heritage Changsha white-grain shrimp tail balls, and the steamed pork and golden wontons are also must-have late-night snacks for Changsha locals! The desserts are handmade, including the honey yogurt sandwich and the coconut lemon cassava cake. They're both delicious and beautiful! I've heard about this place for a long time. It's right on the pedestrian street, a three-story standalone building that's easy to find. It was the most satisfying meal of the week!!! The spicy stir-fried rice cakes and crayfish—the rice cakes were smothered in crayfish sauce. The shrimp were firm and large, the best of the place for me. And then there's the steamed pork wontons I ordered with the table next to me. The filling was thick, the meat generous, and the skin was thin—quite delicious.
