This is the first time in my life that I have eaten such authentic lamb. It is a bit like the cooking methods of Guangdong white-cut chicken and white-cut duck! It is very good to taste the pure flavor of the lamb itself. It is very fragrant even with soy sauce!

The Ice City Northeast Flavor Dumpling Restaurant is located opposite the Chunmei Hotel on Changjiang Avenue, Shilu Town, Changjiang. I have been in Hainan for more than a month and wanted to change my taste. I was invited to a gathering with friends in Changjiang. Because we are from the north, my friends chose the Northeast Dumpling Restaurant. Hainan has been hot these days. When I came to the Ice City Northeast Flavor Dumpling Restaurant, the air conditioning was whizzing. The air conditioner and ceiling fan were turned on, which made me feel very comfortable. Many restaurants on the streets of Hainan are open-air, with only fans, no air conditioning. When ordering, I was a little worried that the taste was improved according to Hainan habits. After the dishes were served, the original flavor, authentic Northeast flavor dumplings, pot-wrapped pork, and garlic ribs tasted good. The waiter was also a Northeast girl.
