I came here with my friends and wanted to try the special food of Shijiuli, so I came to this crispy meat shop (I heard it has a history of 100 years). The environment in the shop is nice, clean and tidy, and there are quite a lot of people eating. My friends and I ordered some of the shop's special crispy meat to try (pig's trotters, pig's stomach, pig's face). The crispy meat is really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fat but not greasy, and has a light sweet honey fragrance. The best is the pig's trotters, the skin is particularly crispy, and when you bite it, it is crispy first and tender later, full of collagen, and the fragrance lingers in your mouth after eating. This feeling can be described in two words...enjoyable
