华膳楼·宴会厅(市府店)

Huashanlou is a restaurant in Bozhou that serves local specialties. The branch located on Shifu Road is not far from Bozhou City Government and is about 800 meters away from the south gate of Cao Cao Park. The dining area is on the second floor. There are only private rooms but no hall. The dishes are displayed in the ordering area like works of art. The plating is very beautiful and the portions are quite large. The famous medicinal Cao Cao Chicken is the signature dish here. The manager also enthusiastically introduced the historical stories about Cao Cao Chicken. The whole dining experience was quite good.

The two of us can enjoy the private room treatment. When we came to the ordering area, we were drooling at everything. Before we even started eating, we were already tempted by the beautiful pictures. After careful consideration, we ordered four dishes, three meat dishes and one vegetable dish, and ate them with our own wine. The stunning dish was the Flame Cowboy Diced Meat, the melt-in-your-mouth dish was the Mulberry Jar Meat, the fragrant and lingering dish was the Sand Onion Lamb, and the refreshing and greasy dish was the Garlic Butter Cabbage.
