Xunji really gave me a taste of what a "high-end" restaurant is like. 🥂 With its neo-Chinese garden-style setting, I enjoyed the morning mist over the Drum Tower, the evening sunset🌇, and the evening lights of the Drum Tower. Enjoying a premium beach lamb hotpot in the courtyard, I felt the history and culture of Beijing. The terrace is incredibly photogenic; every shot captures the essence of Beijing. The interior is elegant, and there are plenty of private rooms. I'm planning to bring foreign clients here next time to explore their surroundings. 👀 🍲Their broth is truly exceptional. They use Salt Pond Beach Lamb bones, free-range chicken, and beef shank, simmered for 24 hours. The broth is clear, amber-colored, and incredibly delicious. 😭 Remember to drink the broth before dipping the meat! A sprinkle of chopped green onions warms your stomach and provides a comforting touch. 🥩The meat was incredibly filling, and the Salt Pond Beach Lamb Platter🐑 was freshly cut. The leg was tender, the breast was crispy, and there was no hint of mutton. They even had M9 Wagyu beef! The rich, greasy aroma melts in your mouth~ ✨The grouper fillet is thin and translucent, and after just 15 seconds of blanching, the meat becomes firm and chewy, with a burst of freshness and sweetness, completely devoid of any fishy smell. 🌿The black abalone truly amazed me! If you have the budget, give it a go 🕊️! It's the kind of place you'll want to go again once you've tried it... The minimalist white décor is perfect for dining. It's so rare to find a restaurant that's so delicious from appetizer to dessert. ◾️Omichi Sashimi Ryotei 2:38 PM, 6:80 PM This established Japanese restaurant has been open for over a decade in the Metropark Building. The set meals are generous...it's one of the best value Japanese restaurants in Beijing. ◾️TRB Hutong 7:88 PM, 1:58 PM This French restaurant, nestled next to a 600-year-old temple, exudes a sense of seclusion and tranquility. 🪵 Floor-to-ceiling windows, red walls, green tiles, and the ancient temple are perfect for birthdays or anniversaries. 🥂The Michelin-starred wine pairing is superb! ◾️Some Some Southeast Asian Bistro, 78 Lunch, 118 Dinner This Southeast Asian bistro is hidden away in an office building near Liangmaqiao. My favorite bowl of broth is right next door. The signature Vietnamese pho is delicious, and the grilled side dishes were incredibly fragrant. Highly recommended. ◾️Tan Suo Bon Boeuf, 148 Lunch, 298 Dinner This new restaurant under the Black Pearl Lansong umbrella is the best value for money. The newly renovated, spacious ceilings make it look classy. The tomato beef brisket is delicious! 🤤 ◾️Steak House - Lunch: 277.5, Dinner: 277.5 This established steakhouse in Beijing has numerous branches. Their steaks are surprisingly authentic and consistently good, perfect for family gatherings. ◾️Flou French Restaurant - Lunch: 148, Dinner: 258 This established French restaurant in Beijing is always a hotspot during Restaurant Week.
