[Taste] The wagyu beef is cooked well and the meat is tender. The lobster is fresh and sweet. The duck liver melts in your mouth and the texture goes well with the biscuits. [Environment] Clean and tidy, the French decoration gives people an immersive feeling. [Service] Very considerate, people sit there and don't need to move at all, because the waiter can do it, just sit in your seat and open your mouth to eat.

🍽Food tips: The menu is very rich, with a total of 5 dishes from appetizers to desserts. It would be perfect if you end with a cup of coffee or black tea. 1️⃣Pre-meal bread🥯 Two round breads and three different flavors of butter were served before the meal: basil, chili, and sea salt. 2️⃣Cheese puffs🧀 Three people were dining, and 6 cheese puffs were served, packed in a wooden box. One was taken out and it was still hot. The inner core was very empty and there was no filling. The cheese should have been kneaded into the dough, and the taste was slightly salty. 3️⃣Tomato and porcini tower🍄 The white base made of ceramics has a bite-sized appetizer on it. There are tomatoes and a piece of porcini in the crispy shell. You have to eat it in one bite, and chewing can stimulate the aroma of the ingredients. 4️⃣Boiled Black Tiger Prawns🦐 A very beautiful dish, the main character is a big black tiger prawn, it should be boiled at low temperature, the meat is still translucent, and the texture is chewy. The soup at the bottom of the bowl is shiso bonito soup, which makes it more delicious.

During the Chinese Restaurant Week, I checked in at JING Restaurant in Wangfu Peninsula. There were not too many customers at noon, the decoration was Chinese style, and the service was very considerate. The three-course set meal was surprisingly large. The amount of bread before the meal was already a bit surprising. The first salad and soup were already half full, and the taste was not amazing. The second main course was chicken thigh or seafood rice. I shared it with a friend, both tasted very good, and I personally preferred the curry-flavored seafood rice. The third dessert was also very large! It was a big dessert, and it tasted very good. Although it was a bit wasteful, I really didn't finish it.

I came here to check out the meat lover event. The restaurant environment is nice, the desserts are amazing, the flavors are distinct and the taste is rich. It is the most impressive dessert I have eaten recently. The main dish, pork neck, was cooked to perfection, but the carrots on the side were a little sweet, and the sauce was not tasty enough, so the overall taste was a little sweet. The service was very good. The restaurant manager was a handsome French guy. He came to say hello at the end of the meal and asked about the dining experience. I hope everyone can give them feedback on the dishes~

The black vinegar used in the salad tastes very good, with a slightly sour taste. The mushroom soup is thinner than other restaurants, but the taste is very good, and the small octopus in it is very good. There are two main dishes. The pork is very good, with a good taste, and the chicken is not bad, just average. The dessert at the end is a bit interesting, a large portion, belonging to the style of Jing restaurant. I like this unique style of food, it is worth a try. Overall, this restaurant has no minefields and is worth recommending.
