The large black carp is smoked and then poached in chili oil. The fish is crispy and fragrant without being spicy or fishy (the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes). The dried tofu soaks up the broth and is absolutely delicious. The portion is huge, enough for three girls to eat until they&#39;re stuffed.
