We had dinner at the hotel on the first day of our stay. There was really nothing to eat nearby. There were supermarkets and restaurants in Erdaobaihe Town. If we had enough time, we could eat there. The environment was much better than the restaurants outside. The taste was better than expected. The portion was not large, but the corn was delicious. The rice cake tasted good, but the other dishes were average. The mushroom soup was the best dish of the table.

I would like to express my gratitude to a waiter in the Chinese restaurant. I lost a hat that I loved very much during my stay. I contacted the department that might have lost the hat after I went home. After the waiter confirmed that my lost property was indeed there, she patiently helped me solve the problem and helped me get it back. I felt a strong warmth in the cold weather! Thank her and Crowne Plaza Hotel for their excellent service again. Most importantly, she did a good deed and was unwilling to leave her name. It was so touching.

The Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel is located at the foot of Changbai Mountain, about 400 meters away from the gate of Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area. It has a superior geographical location and beautiful environment. The entire hotel is surrounded by vast primeval forests and is integrated with the surrounding natural ecology. The hotel has a total of 297 rooms of various types, including mountain view rooms and garden view rooms. The decoration style is warm and elegant. Looking out the window, you can see the towering peaks looming in the clouds and mist, as if they are within reach. The design of being able to enjoy the full view of Changbai Mountain without leaving the house is even more exciting.

The environment and taste are good, but the service needs to be improved! After ordering the dishes, no one served tea for a long time; the set meal I ordered actually started with the main course and soup, and when the main course came, I was told that the cold dish I ordered was out of stock, so I asked to change the dish. As a result, the cold dish came after I finished the other dishes...

Tianchi Lake is famous for its beautiful scenery, and Crowne Plaza is the best. The guest rooms are caring and warm, and the restaurant service is praised by everyone.
