Yesterday afternoon, on the 4th floor of Wuyue Plaza in Anning, I found a 10-year-old pork trotter rice noodle shop: Qiancheng pork trotter rice noodle shop. It is a time-honored Chinese brand and a famous Yunnan snack that has been passed down for three generations. Four people ordered four kinds of rice noodles, including the ancestral small pot rice noodles, the signature pork trotter rice noodles, the pork chop rice noodles, and the beef rice noodles. We tried each one and each one had its own good taste. Among them, the pork trotter rice noodles were the best I had in Kunming, surpassing other similar pork trotter rice noodles.
