The local restaurant introduced by the hotel front desk is not as eye-catching as the Internet celebrity restaurant, but it is not bad, clean and tidy, right on the road, and everyone is very enthusiastic. We went there early, so parking was convenient. If we went late and there was no parking, we would ask the store and they would help arrange where to park. After all, we are not familiar with it as we are from other places. The octopus was tender and crispy, and the dry pot beef was slightly chewy and delicious. We ate stinky mandarin fish with stinky tofu, which was great. The vegetables were very fresh, good, and worth recommending!

Authentic Anji local cuisine, very nice dining experience! The location is not far from the entrance of Anji Expressway, and it is easy to find from Hangzhou or Huzhou. The main feature of this store is Anji farmhouse cuisine, the ingredients are fresh, so the taste is very good! On the first floor of the store, there are many ingredients displayed in the fresh-keeping cabinet, fish from the river, and wild vegetables from the field. There are two dishes worth recommending. 1. Brown sugar glutinous rice cake, this is made from local mugwort, brown sugar fried bean powder, the taste is particularly good, one table and one plate, one minute to eat. 2. Dry pot yellow beef, this beef tastes good, the method is very homely.

We came to this restaurant for a Chinese New Year gathering. It was clean and sanitary, the dishes tasted great, and a large table could accommodate 20 people. It was highly recommended.

Anji's first memories are of bamboo seas, white tea, and summer escapes. Searching for travel guides, rafting, river tracing, water parks, cafes, and resort hotels frequently come up, suggesting it's a great vacation destination for children. Then, looking further, I'm bombarded with complaints about the exorbitant entrance fees to various scenic spots, the coffee vouchers charged for river tracing, the high-end B&Bs that don't live up to their reputations, the long lines for rafting in the scorching sun, and the fact that Anji isn't exactly cool at all. Every place is ripe for diverse voices. Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own travel, plan an itinerary that suits them, and meet their own expectations, without the need for comparison or boasting. A successful and fulfilling trip is, in fact, a test of growth in one's judgment and cognition. Our trip to Anji was spontaneous, choosing a high-quality hotel with excellent value. We avoided many popular tourist attractions, but we didn't miss Anji's wild bamboo forests, waterfall cafes, rafting, and local cuisine. We even caught a glimpse of the meteor shower at Tianchi Lake at night. Though, Anji is definitely not cool. Day 1 We took the Beijing-Huzhou high-speed train. We visited an old teahouse on Xiaoxi Street, strolled along Yishang Street, sampled traditional snacks, bought a brush, and rented a car to Anji, checking into our hotel. Zhuxian Lake Junlan Manor, nestled in the mountains and countryside, is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere. Day 2 The Bamboo Museum, the only ticketed attraction on this trip, boasted adorable pandas and offered insights into the history of bamboo. Anji boasts a strong commercial tourism scene, but its cultural offerings are lacking. Despite its treasures in the bamboo forest, the museum has yet to develop meaningful educational activities or cultural and creative products, and its mindset remains conservative. We dined at a top-rated local restaurant. The freshly harvested swimming crabs were delicious, and the bamboo tube rice contained salted egg yolk and pork dumplings. The millet cakes were highly praised. We drove around Yu Village, renowned for its "Green waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets." Under the scorching sun, we didn't want to get off the bus, as there wasn't much else worth stopping for. The only interesting mining site was closed for visit due to construction work. We found a coffee shop hidden in a ravine. It was practically deserted, with a waterfall and a stream, quiet and cool. It was perfect for taking photos, but the coffee was terrible. The Perseid meteor shower was happening these past two days, and Jiangnan Tianchi is the perfect viewing spot. The observatory inside the lake allows reservations for evening stargazing. We arrived in the evening and watched the sunset from a cafe outside the scenic area. At night, we climbed up to the observatory and were lucky enough to see a brilliant meteor streak by. This saved us the entrance fee to Tianchi, and we even walked along the deserted lake to admire the moon. It was beautiful. Day 3 We headed to the Changshuo Hometown Scenic Area. The Changshuo Valley cliff waterfall rafting there was sparsely populated and beautiful, with a glass plank road and gentle river boating. We took our two kids on a rafting trip. The mothers then went to Wu Changshuo's hometown, where they rented out the deserted former residence for a tour. They then browsed the nearby old streets for cultural and creative products and stopped at an old house and coffee shop in the alleyway. It was a relaxing and relaxing experience. Then we went to the Glory Sky City. The entire area was beautifully designed, the facilities and water were clean, and there weren't many people, though the sun was unavoidable. We went to Jiaying Restaurant in the county town that evening. I was surprised to still be waiting for a table past 8 PM. How could it possibly be delicious? This seemingly homely restaurant was the best food of our trip. The shrimp and crab pot, salt and pepper pork trotters, bamboo forest chicken, and stir-fried vegetables were all excellent. Day 4 Anji Ancient City Ruins Park is incredibly large, encompassing the ancient city ruins, the tombs of Yue nobles, a museum, and tea and bamboo forests. There are also hotels and restaurants. A sightseeing bus is available on request for 20 yuan per person to take you around the park. The museum is stylishly designed, with an outdoor dry landscape garden and an indoor library, cafe, and study rooms where children can play crafts. We arrived at noon and it was almost empty, making the visit a truly wonderful experience. From the Bamudun cemetery, the surroundings are filled with verdant greenery. Xiaoyin Half-Day Village is a small, intimate area dotted with B&Bs, farmhouses, restaurants, and cafes. Unfortunately, it was too hot to walk around, so we only had lunch here. The navigation system directed us to Xilou Coffee, which saved an afternoon of leisure time. We handmade tea, incense cards, and chocolate tiramisu, enjoying a meal, drinks, and photos. The spacious space was bustling with people, yet not noisy. It felt rustic and ancient, with details that were unpretentious and natural. At night, Xiaofeng Town's Nanmen Old Street was less crowded, but at the end, we found a ethereal old teahouse. The courtyard and hallway were quaint yet exquisitely designed, clearly the work of a professional. We had the second floor to ourselves, enjoying a pot of cold-brewed tea and relaxing. As we were leaving, we noticed the parking lot was right next to the old city wall. Two snack stalls popped up, tempting us to stop. Their barbecue and wonton stalls, their signs evoking a warm and artistic atmosphere, made this late-night snack a soulful remembrance of the flavors of the small town.
