While mutton noodles are a Ningxia specialty, the He mushroom, nicknamed the purple mushroom, is known as an Alashan mountain delicacy. What kind of chemical reaction will occur when the two collide? [snickering]

The mutton noodles were the same flavor I had in Yinchuan, quite good. The noodles were the typical thick, chewy kind. The broth was a delicious mutton broth mixed with diced tomatoes, tofu, and radish, with a salty, slightly sour taste that was quite satisfying. There were about four or five pieces of mutton, very soft and tender, but it must have been frozen, but the flavor was good. As for the Helan Mountain purple mushrooms, which are said to cost hundreds of yuan per pound, well, they didn&#39;t taste particularly special, and didn&#39;t seem any better than the regular shiitake mushrooms. [Dazed] Luckily, I didn&#39;t go for the 128 yuan Helan Mountain mushroom and mutton stir-fried chives on the menu. [Face-covering]
The lamb trotters were just okay, a bit spicy. I&#39;ve tried a lot of lamb trotters in various parts of the Inner Northwest, and they weren&#39;t as impressive as the lamb. I guess I won&#39;t need to go out of my way to try them again. [Laughing and crying]
