HK BBQ Master

The BBQ here is not barbecue, to be precise, but roast meat. HK BBQ Master has a Chinese name "Ming Jia Shao La" and has been rated as the best roast meat shop in Vancouver for many years. You can eat in the roast meat rice, but more people line up to buy it and take it away. I bought the crispy roast duck, 15 dollars/half. Cash only.

Mingjia Roasted Meat is located downstairs from the Superstore in Richmond. At 4:00 pm, there was a notice at the door: "All roast ducks are sold out today." When I went there half an hour later, it became "The roast duck is too hot right after it comes out of the oven, so it cannot be cut into pieces immediately to avoid the duck juice running out and becoming dry and hard." Roast duck is 15 Canadian dollars per half, and roast chicken is 14 Canadian dollars per half. Both are carefully prepared with free-range chickens and ducks. Delicious.

In recent years, it has been rated as the best roast meat restaurant in Vancouver. The roast duck is good, the roast meat is average, and the price is more expensive than other roast meat restaurants! You can also eat a variety of roast meat rice in the store!

Very nice shop, the food is delicious.

The taste is pretty good. Currently, there is only takeout, no Chinese food. The roast duck is good, and the barbecued pork is also good!
