On the night we arrived in Jasper, we went to Kimchi House, the only Korean restaurant in Jasper. The food was very authentic and satisfying, and it received five-star reviews! If you don&rsquo;t want to wait in a long line, you can call in advance to reserve a seat (see the picture below).

Very good dining experience. My husband and I shared Elk steak and bison short ribs. Both meats were tender and delicious. The side dishes were also impressive. The fresh vegetables and scalloped potatoes were perfect flavored. The red wine match the food very well.
The ice cream was special, but really too tiny...
