The Dining Room at Park Hyatt Siem Reap

The Dining Room at Park Hyatt Siem Reap is located at Sivutha Boulevard, Siem Reap 17259, Cambodia As a visitor to the Hyatt Park, I was lucky enough to eat at the restaurant for three meals. I am not sure about the negative reviews here because I personally think it is excellent. The breakfast menu is not very extensive, but everything we ordered was very good. The iced latte is the best way to start the day. Lunch is also very good. The a la carte dishes and salads are also very good if you don't want to eat the Khmer cuisine that is everywhere in the city. Dinner is always excellent, the wine list is great, and there are very good cocktails. My children are happy with the children's menu, and the wait staff are always close to meet any needs. Although I stayed at another hotel, I would return here any time. The experience is very romantic, special, and it is really beautiful
