It's relatively hard to find, but it's a different place inside, the environment is good, and the service is pretty good
I had a very pleasant evening on the terrace of Kornat restaurant. The atmosphere was charming and perfect for enjoying a peaceful dinner. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and very professional. As a starter, I ordered the shrimp ceviche, which wasn’t exactly to my taste. However, the main course, Surf and Turf, was outstanding – perfectly cooked meat and seafood, served with a deliciously creamy mashed potato. For dessert, I had the chocolate tart with strawberries, which was also a highlight. The tart felt very fresh and soft, likely homemade.Overall, it was a very enjoyable culinary experience. Prices are on the higher side compared to other restaurants in this category, so it’s something to keep in mind when choosing this place.
We vistited this very special Croatian / Mediterranean specilty restaurant in the midst of old town Vienna, twice. Once at the beginning of our extended trip and again on our last night. While communication in english was a bit difficult particularly with my wifes allergy to shellfish, we were to enjoy fresh fish (not grilled due to cross contamination) but pan-saute and presented equally beautifully. I had shellfish in risotto which was delicious. The waiters made every effort in accomodating us and the small but pretty restaurant allowed small talk with adjacent tables. Drinks and wines were well priced. The restaurant bustled with those desiring fresh seafood and not the more available Viennese delights. We look forward to another visit.
This hidden gem in Vienna offers hight quality seafood, i experinced the best seabass grilled in saltcrust, the delicous aspargus soup, and amaizing olives from coatia. The lemon sorbet was outstanding. All the staff were friendly and kind.If anyone likes seafood this place is recommended.
Excellent food, well prepared, with a wonderful white wine from Croatia. This place is pricey, but the experience is worth it.
