Glass Brasserie in Hilton Sydney, it is indeed a Michelin-starred fine dining, everything is delicious, especially the wagyu beef and shrimp, truffle mash and desserts are also recommended, and the pasta from the kids menu is also eaten up by Meng Meng

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, the food is so delicious, it melts in your mouth. Our table was set up with steak, ribs, truffle mashed potatoes, truffle macaroni and cheese, beetroot and pear salad, sauce, coffee. The food was very good, there was a good selection of wines, and the atmosphere was great overlooking the city. The huge glass wall was stunning, and the wines were displayed on the ceiling. Definitely recommend this place. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Grilled fish is my favorite, as for steak, I personally don’t like beef so I won’t judge. French fries are not bad, and bread with butter is delicious too~ There is also mushroom soup, which is made by mixing cream, mushrooms and other things. After it is cooked, use a blender to blend all the ingredients, and what you get is a very thick cream of mushroom soup. I must order it every time!
