The restaurant specializes in seafood, especially Australian lobsters, which are cooked in various ways. It is easier to handle with more people. There are many choices and you can try different flavors. Australian lobsters are well-known for their large size, rich and fresh texture, and they are quite appetizing. Oysters are even more appetizing. I ate a lot of them along the way. They were big and plump, and fresh. I also ordered some unknown fish fillets and some unknown senbei. It was so good that even I, who don’t like seafood very much, think it’s not to be missed. As for the price, it’s not very expensive. It’s in a reasonable range and much cheaper than in China. Stanley is a place I miss every day after returning to Shanghai. It is a town that I still miss after visiting so many places. It is a place I strongly recommend you to experience. It is located in a coastal town in the northwest of Tasmania. Although it is remote, the beautiful and peaceful fairy-tale scenery is worth a visit. My bestie and I drove from the Lavender Manor to Stanley. The buildings are mainly in the Victorian style of the 19th century. The town retains the original and charming scenery. The beautiful and unique house buildings make us linger. The sun shines on the streets. We strolled through them. The coffee shops, post offices, ports, and even the hydrangeas in the yard made us slow down our pace. During the two-day trip to Stanley, the camera captured the beautiful moments, and we also deeply savored the joy brought by this leisurely and comfortable mood. 1. The Nut The most iconic attraction in Stanley is "The Nut". It is a 13 million-year-old volcanic rock, about 150 meters high, and is the highest place in the Stanley area. Because the shape of the volcanic rock resembles "Ayers Rock (Uluru)", it is also called "Uluru on the Sea". We took the retro cable car up the mountain and arrived at the top of The Nut. Standing on the top of the mountain and looking at the beautiful scenery of the town, there are no steep peaks, no surging waves, only tranquility and peace. Calm down, sit on the grass with your bestie, feel the sea breeze, and listen to the sound of waves washing the beach. It is very comfortable. There is a circular trial hike on the top of the mountain. The whole journey is 2KM. It takes about 40 minutes to walk slowly. If you are lucky, you can also meet a kangaroo. Watch the little blue penguins return to their nests at night It is worth mentioning that you must see the little blue penguins here. Little blue penguins are active only at night and are very timid. There are fences to separate people in the scenic area, and red lights are provided for everyone to watch penguins, so don't turn on the flash, it will scare the little cuties. Hursey Seafoods Hursey Seafoods, a popular lobster restaurant that you can't miss in Stanley, tastes great. We ordered half a lobster, which is enough for the two of us. The fresh lobster is fried at high temperature, and the meat is delicious, firm and chewy. 4. Come to the port in the afternoon and enjoy the magnificent scenery of the sea with the seagulls.
