Sydney Opera House is a landmark that everyone knows.
Bennelong is a sea view restaurant hidden in the opera house.
Not only is the scenery unique, the food tastes very good and is worth a visit.
My personal favorite and I recommend it to everyone.
Lobster, beef tartare, fried wagyu beef.
There is also a dessert, the white Sydney Opera House.
Chocolate brownie + white coconut milk ice cream.

This is a creative dish that combines Australian ingredients with Chinese cooking techniques. Cricket/worm fried rice, I have never dared to eat worms in China. It really makes me want to dance. The duck is soft-crispy-soft when you bite it. The sauce is made with raspberries and plums that are unique to Australia. It has a lot of spices but no peculiar smell.

Aria restaurant facing the night view has top service and top chefs. The chef kindly provided appetizers and desserts, which were super surprises. Every meal was introduced in detail. There was a red wine oyster dug from a certain bay, the best chuck tail in Australia, and super fresh mahi-mahi. After watching the brand exhibition, I went downstairs to eat a hot dog and ice cream! 🌭️🍦 Sydney people are very familiar with this hot dog shop. In 1945, they were already quietly selling delicious hot dogs and meat pies to the navy docked at the beach. ⚓️🚢 There are many branches in Sydney now, but this one is my favorite.

I went there alone and ordered the lobster pasta which was said to be for two people. The waiter also recommended a small portion of crab meat pasta. The noodles were chewy, the crab meat was sweet and fresh, and the taste was good. For dessert, I chose a refreshing almond mousse which was sweet and sour.

I just happened to eat here when I came to see VIVID. The dishes have not changed much over the years, and the styles are relatively few (because it is a bar, hahaha). This time I ordered steak, French fries, sweet potato chips, and my favorite Berry mocktail mixed plum non-alcoholic cocktail, and everything was well received by my companions.

The steak is tender and juicy, and even if it is fully cooked, the meat will not be dry. The French fries are freshly fried and the potatoes are very dense. I didn&rsquo;t pay attention to the sweet potato chips before, but I ordered them this time. They are delicious, fragrant and crispy.
