The hotel is located in the relatively quiet Dockland port area. Although it is not in the city center, the free tram downstairs is convenient, the parking fee is reasonable, and the shopping mall opposite is a bit deserted.

The hotel is quite generous in upgrading the room. I got an upgrade to a harbour view studio after booking half a month in advance. The hotel has a low-key front, compact but well-planned rooms, and the height of the 14th floor provides a good view. In the evening, I also received a welcome gift, including Chardonnay and cheese cold cuts, and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and Four Points standard Activ amenities.

The hotel has a Dock 18 restaurant, which provides breakfast and dinner services. Breakfast is regular Western style, and dinner includes steak and satay chicken skewers, but the food tastes average. The restaurant&#39;s bar is very popular at night and suitable for socializing.
