This restaurant is famous for its delicious seafood and I was not disappointed. I ordered a double seafood set and was pleasantly surprised to find that the food had a sense of layering and balance in taste. A good dining venue with first-class service, not bad. The dessert was a little slow to come (the store apologized), but it was delicious and worth the wait.

This time I made an appointment with a good friend to refresh the menu. Even without the sun, the cloudy day has a quiet beauty (no one is the most important thing).

▹Foie gras cheese mousse
My favorite new dish. The foie gras sauce is delicate and smooth, and tastes very similar to sober&#39;s foie gras biscuits, but the foie gras and wine are better integrated. Served with thin bread slices and crispy almonds, it balances the greasy and rich taste. There is also Negroni jelly in it, and the rich and slightly bitter wine aroma goes well with foie gras.

▹White asparagus quiche
The quiche itself is smooth and fluffy, with white asparagus cubes, and paired with Iberian ham and fried asparagus. The seasoning is light and the egg flavor is too strong, which is not my cup of tea.

We had lovely early Christmas lunch. I arrived a little early a pre-ordered everything asking for the platters to be bought out at specific times. the seafood was fresh and abundant, the pizza was amazing the mixed entree platters were ample and tasty. so happy with our choice . will definitely be back to do it again.

Willow Dining Room is a very popular restaurant. I think you must order some of the special dishes in this restaurant. The taste is very unique.

It&#39;s Cantonese cuisine, and it tastes good, especially the steamed fish. Australia has abundant deep-sea fish resources. The braised spareribs are delicious, but the vegetables are still very expensive. The soup is also very delicious.
