The Barn Family Restaurant

The Barn is great. It's one of the few family restaurants around today that offer true value for money. The quality of the food is great, everything is delicious, and the service is friendly. And best of all, it's offered at a very fair price. My husband and I and the kids (some of whom are quite fussy!) all absolutely love it. Highly recommended.

Wasn't sure what to expect and now we will definitely be returning, the food is prepared wonderfully, staff are excellent, its just a great family friendly place to eat, obviously one of ipswich little secrets. Well done team..

Absolutely amazing family resturant. They did run out of gas so couldn't offer the bottomless soft drinks but we saw several staff hauling in huge and heavy cartons of canned soft drinks to sell which looked like hard work. All the staff were lovely and approachable and they all worked in tandem to tend to the bar and food area. It was a really busy night but our table never had the empty plates there for long. For 22 an adult and 15 for kids over 4 but under 18 you just can't beat it. Favourites for the night were the roast potatoes and carrots,pulled pork, chips and nuggets and the pavlova and icecream with the sour gummys on top! The wine list was quite good also and the house sauvignon was amazing. Such a great little spot and the playground, garden and Avery are a nice little touch.

Very friendly staff, lovely food and hot food was good temperature. Always enjoy our visit to the barn. Look foward to our next visit.
