We arrived in Canberra at 4:50 pm and checked into the Australian National University Hotel. We were hungry and saw this western restaurant recommended by Ctrip. It was just downstairs from us on campus. We put down our luggage and went straight to the point. We walked through the corridor and next to the small auditorium was the entrance of the restaurant. It was small and elegant. Fortunately, there were still seats available that day. Although we did not make a reservation and it was the weekend, the waiter was still warm and polite to help us arrange a window seat. After ordering, the dishes were served in the normal order, and the order could also be adjusted according to the customer's preferences. The authentic western food standard, starting from the appetizer, when each dish was served, the waiter and the foreman would come over to describe the selection and production process of the dishes in detail and ask about the taste in detail. The service and dishes have a strong sense of art. It feels that most of the diners dining next to us are dressed appropriately and not too casual. The point is that the food tastes great. Ctrip recommends seafood. The sashimi and seafood soup we ordered are very good. The duck breast is delicious. Although the pork is a bit greasy, it is still OK with the side dishes. Of course, the price is also very good. It is a successful western food experience. I hope to give some reference to travelers!
