Wonderful staff, especially the shuttle driver. Room served it's purpose but bed springs were old and sagged in the middle, hot water was a struggle. Breakfast was doable but in theoretically nice but ultimately odd and FREEZING atrium area. Overall grateful for the convenient last minute stay after my late flight cancellation.

Facilities: This is a serious deduction. The sound of the air conditioner fan can be heard continuously in the room. For light sleepers, it is a bad review.
But the good thing is that their shuttle bus runs frequently, a total of three, and basically no need to wait.
Environment: The swimming pool downstairs is open until 9 o'clock. The children downstairs have a lot of fun, but for those who just want to have a good rest, they have to wait until after 9 o'clock. The corridor design of this hotel is very good, but if you encounter this situation, it will be very bad.
Service: Breakfast is also average. There are not many varieties, and the bread is hard. Hahahaha, I thought it was a baguette

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel during this business trip, because I had a direct flight from Detroit to Shanghai. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are also good, the front desk is very nice, and they can provide free bottled water, but it is very expensive.

The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

The bed is more comfortable, the front desk can adjust the location of the room according to your needs, but the toiletries are a small bottle of disposable, do not mention the room cleaning needs are not cleaned during the period, breakfast buffet, slightly simpler

Not far from Umich, parking is convenient. fairfield inn unified appearance, quality is the same. Breakfast is good. The price is quite high.

Overall pretty good. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel has a shuttle bus. You only need to tell the front desk what time to leave, and then get down early and wait for the bus to the hotel. Everything is very convenient.

”I recently stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham Lansing and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Second time here and was good both times. Had small issue with room keys not working but they got it after the 4th time 🤣 pool, bar, mini store. Great location to downtown. Definitely will be back.

KKenzieLee5I booked this hotel solely on the fact that the pool had a slide that my two kids would enjoy and a hot tub that us parents could relax in. I was disappointed that the water level in both amenities was very low and the pool water was extremely cold. Like uncomfortable cold and too cold to actually enjoy swimming in. The hot tub jets also did not work and never did turn on while we were there it was definitely not 104+ degrees as the sign claims. It was basically like warm bath water. The door to the women's restroom in the pool area is also rusted and falling apart in the corner so it rubs across the concrete when you open and close it and makes it hard to open and shut it. The rooms and breakfast were both average. I'd check out another hotel in the area knowing what I know now about the pool area I wouldn't stay again in hopes that I'd find an actual hot tub that's actually hot with working jets and maybe a heated pool elsewhere. A fine place if you're not here to enjoy this things as it's a clean place to rest your head.

TThomasWell let’s start off by saying the room I reserved wasn’t available I reserved a room with a a hot tub when I got to the property I was told the room was under work so they were downgrading my room so the room they put us in was old lamp shades were tore up half the light bulbs were missing in everything the air didn’t work properly and the toilet leaked across the floor so we were switched rooms that room was okay but definitely not like the pictures that were shown online and definitely not worth the price we paid it look’s fancy and inviting when you walk into the lobby but behind the curtains is a different story definitely not a place I’d stay again for the prices they charge

Beautiful location. Would stay again. Good value, including pool and sauna, and breakfast with waffle making machine. Only issue was that although it is a Wyndham property, the staff said that they do not receive the expedited check-in form responses that you receive the day before you check-in to a Wyndham property. So, in my case, although I had already pre-paid for an upgraded room and added vehicle information for parking, they said they had no record of my request, and it was only because we checked-in right at 3 PM that an upgraded room was available and I had to re-fill on paper my car info.

Really enjoyed Meg at the front desk and the General manager was willing to help us with anything. Such a blessing to find this fabulous hotel for the wedding and rehearsal dinner.
