The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward."

"Located in the small town of Paducah, in the heart of the United States, near the river on the Mississippi River, the hotel is overlooked by the Ohio River. The hotel is located in Kentucky, across the river from Illinois. The hotel is very clean and the town is quiet and suitable for rest. The only thing that is not very convenient is that there is no place to shop or eat near the hotel, and the food at the hotel is very simple."

"Everyone was extremely friendly, our room was clean, they leave a cute little duck on the bathtub which I think is a cute idea especially if you have little ones. It’s in a great area lots of restaurants and stores around and easy access to get back to the freeway. I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"Laiwu is on the east, there is a Wal-Mart supermarket nearby, there is a parking lot, there is an indoor gym, and the transportation is convenient. It is a fate. I live here on the first day, and rent a house is not far away. The next Wal-Mart is going to go once a week. ."
