Location is great ! Parking was plentiful . The pool looked very nice and clean . Booked a room for two nights. Confirmation email said it was a smoking room. I immediately called and asked for a non - smoking room. Gentleman happily changed rooms, but said it was the only non-smoking room left for our visit. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. The room smelled horribly of smoke and was seriously dated with old, dirty carpet and desperately in need of new paint. The room was a good size, but everything about it was old and dated. I booked our reservations online and they were non-refundable. We only stayed one of the two nights I paid for, as I was not staying another night in that room. I paid for breakfast for two morning, expecting a hot breakfast, but it was just a continental breakfast.

First room we were assigned to reeked of wet dog smell. Second room reeked of bleach. Third room was the charm. So beware this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies to animals, probably not a good choice for you. Staff was amazing, very pleasant, and helpful. We had to call maintenance to help with the TV 3 times. Each time, the young guy who helped was super kind and friendly. The bed needs a blanket that actually fit a king size bed. The blanket that had under the bed spread was actually a box spring sham cover. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?! Housekeeping was friendly each time we ran into them in the hallway. One of the two elevators were broke so waiting for only one elevator took some extra time. However, overall not a bad place to stay.

Well at first I was satisfied with this motel. But I’m unsatisfied after my first stay. When I checked in on may 31st 2024 and checked out on June 1st 2024 I reserved this room and paid for it online with my card. Now when we checked into our room they never asked for a credit card for 100$ deposit that we would get back after we check out. They made my fiancé sign a paper and I signed the paper also. Then we went to our room. Now on June 2nd 2024 we had another reservation. When we attempted to check in on June 2nd 2024 the same person who checked us in on the other date asked for a credit card for 100$. I asked why today but not the other day I can’t afford that I’m already paying almost 80$ for the room

The location was great to get right off the highway and be there. Even being close to the road we could not hear traffic movie in the room. The front desk staff was very friendly at check in. The king room was very spacious and clean. The shower curtain does not cover even entire shower though. This resulted in the bathroom floor being covered in water after a shower. The breakfast selection was nice and there was a variety of items to choose from. Overall would recommend this hotel and we would book here again.

I feel that we shhould be able have our privacy , if I want put blankets on my blankets on my railing so I can sun bathe on my balcony I pay almost 100 dollars every night , I should at least be able to do that since I can’t play music And for housekeeping not to enter my room unless I say I need the servis done. Invansion of my privacy I don’t like coming back to house keeping being in my room if we got to keep the sound ordinance down (aka ) loud music you should let us slide on little things

The staff were super accommodating. Manager got us Top Floor suite after I was unsuccessful with that through *******. All of the hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was perfect for us. Parking was great. Location is near anything you’d need. Free HBO and place did not smell of smoke.  Probably about ready for new mattresses, at least in suite we were in and lavatory is kind of low. Perfect height if you’re 5’ tall though.
