"We spent a long time choosing a hotel to make sure our vacation was perfect. Our requirements included cleanliness, location, and good transport links. The Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul was exactly what we needed, and even more. We thoroughly enjoyed the views from the window and the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping was meticulous and done daily. The metro entrance is literally 100 meters away, and there's a bus stop too. You can get anywhere you want. There's also a currency exchange nearby, and three shopping malls just across the street. The staff speak excellent English and are generally very pleasant and strive to make your stay comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious, served in a restaurant with a beautiful view. We definitely recommend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"First of all , nobody offer us Bonvoy membership, room smell bad, mini bar not working and we asked to fix it because we have medicine and engineering came and didn't fix it , slippers very very cheap without hotel logo , no espresso machine which is basics now , actually it's not expected service from Marriot chain , to be honest the reception gave me 2 hours late check out once i asked him immediately with high level of attitude , they need to be more professional in hospitality.

"I really loved this hotel! The fantastic spa area is included in the price, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The spa being open until 10 PM is also a huge plus. It has a jacuzzi, a pool, a hammam, and a sauna. The interior design is very appealing. The room was also large and spacious, with many thoughtful touches – even a nail file in a box!
Breakfast was a whole other level; there was everything you could imagine and more, all fresh and delicious.
Its location is very convenient, just a 7-minute taxi ride to the airport for 250 Lira. Viaport is also nearby, perfect for some great shopping. There's a lovely area close by for walks, with fountains, cafes, and evening lights. Plus, there's a large Migros supermarket nearby."

Andreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

Akif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .

Daria LapshinaThe hotel has an incredibly convenient location: the tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, the metro is also nearby, and the ferry terminals are about ten minutes away. Everything you might need is close by, including currency exchange offices with good rates, sweet shops, restaurants, and major attractions.
The hotel itself and our room were excellent. The interior was pleasant, clean, and modern, and there was enough space for two people. The room was cleaned every day, and the service and staff were great.
The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable.
Our room was on the third floor and overlooked a lovely little street. There is a mosque nearby, so the call to prayer can be heard quite loudly—something to keep in mind.
A buffet breakfast is available and can be paid for at the hotel. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good selection. However, you can also find breakfast for about half the price at cafés near the hotel :)
The only downside was the swimming pool. The pool itself was nice, although not very large. However, wearing a swimming cap is mandatory :( You can buy one at the hotel for €5, but swimming in one is not particularly comfortable.
The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a restaurant. The views of the city and the Bosphorus are fantastic, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the food, as the kitchen doesn’t open until 6 p.m.
The hotel has entrances from two different streets, which is very convenient. It is also split between two buildings located right next to each other, so don’t get confused :)
I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit :)

The hotel facilities are very old; it's the worst Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in regarding amenities. The key card was difficult to insert into the power slot, and many parts of the room showed signs of aging. We even had an issue where the room door jammed and we couldn't get in, but thankfully a staff member helped us open it.

LibukaidechenghuaThe rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

Mathandis2000The hotel is beautiful and clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in.
What I did not like about the hotel :
- Our room was never cleaned ,we would go out all day and come back to find dishes from last night dinner .
- There were cats all over the hotel inside , everywhere , the lobby, restaurant , the pool ,it’s like a cat rescue or RSPCA
- None of the staff spoke English , even basic English
- The restaurant staff were worse ,due to communication breakdown room service orders were sometimes wrong. Had room service all the time cos the whole place had cats .
- Location is the killer - it’s extremely far from any attractions ,shopping or Turkey experiences
I would recommend for aesthetics - it looks beautiful, the entrance and lobby is amazing ,minus the cats, the pool area is good and the rooms are clean and spacious . For holiday and exploring Turkey do not go there

The rooms are spacious; we booked a family suite and were told it included two large beds and two small ones, but we were disappointed to find only one large bed and two small ones. As for the reception staff, some were helpful while others were not—they lacked a friendly demeanor.

Guest UserBad experience staff were not so friendly or polite little rude at times. Apartment was not 5* the finishing touches were very poor! Plug sockets not working. No cooking equipment had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days. Major accident happened in shower where the glass door fell off and landed over my husband and cut him badly. No sorry or apologies moving room with zero help. Not impressed.

Upon arrival we received a room facing the main street. We could not sleep well because of the noise of the cars, but the next day the room was replaced with a quieter one. Thanks to the understanding staff. Everything was good, but the room's bathroom is old and needs maintenance and updating.
