"Surely one of the best places in Djerba, it was magnificent! The staff were incredibly kind, thank you all so much! Special mention to the manager, Ihsen Sui, he's a gem and more! He took my health issues into consideration like a big brother to ensure my stay went as smoothly as possible. I don't even have words to describe this gentleman's kindness and thoughtfulness towards his guests. I recommend it 200% to everyone visiting Djerba. You must experience this place where you feel right at home. I can't wait to see you again in the near future. This was just a goodbye for now. My wife and I are so grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you a thousand times, take care, and see you soon! 🙏"

"The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00 And no wifi in the rooms"

"Plage privée avec transat et parasol incroyable. Le buffet est très varié et plutôt bon dans l’ensemble (seul Point Négatif, la partie dessert avec des gâteaux moyen). Les chambres semblent avoir été rénovée, mais les photos non mises à jour donc belle surprise. Un terrain de paddle est disponible mais payant. En terrain de foot et un terrain de volley sur la plage."

There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast"
