"Stayed 2 weekday nights at Monkey Canopy Resort and overall had an enjoyable stay. It's quite a remote drive on the outskirts of KL, but the kids were excited the moment we arrived. The resort is spacious, beautiful, and even has EV charging stations.
Check-in was self-service. While we were guided to the kiosk, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming and did not provide information such as breakfast timings or the WiFi password. With few guests around, a little more assistance would have been appreciated.
The buggy ride to the room was fun and the buggy drivers were friendly. Waiting time was reasonable, usually under 10 minutes. The room itself was spacious and clean. One thing to note is that there are about 10 steps leading to the room with no ramp, so carrying luggage can be a challenge.
Breakfast was decent but fairly standard, with nasi lemak, noodles, eggs, ham, and bread. The selection remained mostly the same over the two mornings.
The resort grounds are huge with plenty of activities available, although most come at an additional cost. Despite a few service shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and had a great family getaway."

"Nothing much to say. Can refer back to my previous comments. Been here for many times. Only thing is that they kept on asking for your IC to register. Room was sparkling clean and smells good. Another downside was waiting time to check in. Only 1 guy manning the front desk."

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
TTim_LThe entire experience from checking in to buffet breakfast and checkout was excellent and exactly why the hotel deserves its 5 star rating! Was given a room upgrade as original room booked was not available, totally no questions asked. Car parking is very convenient using license plate recognition and just need to validate each time at reception before heading out.
EEvilyn PowThe place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff.
Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.
NNicolle CMy first stay and will not be my last, for sure! Although the facade is not modern looking, the room I had was comfortable and spacious. Got water filter in the bathroom too. Front desk service was top notch, helpful and friendly. Easy access to MRT and shopping and F&B around The Curve vicinity. Grab is also convenient to places as I can sit and wait inside the hotel lobby.
RRakha RoseI was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained.
The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel.
The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.
TTracelllllllThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!
AAnonymous UserMay 8, 2026. I checked in around 8 PM. Even though there weren't many people waiting, it still took about 30 minutes to process, which is longer than other hotels. What's more, after completing the check-in, the staff told me the room wasn't clean yet and therefore unavailable. I was speechless. I had to get the room after dinner.
Also, when I checked in, I asked if a twin room was possible, and the staff said yes. But when I got to the room, it turned out to be a single room. If they had just told me no from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It felt like they don't care about guests' needs.
Actually, the hotel is great in other aspects: the room is large, clean, and the pool is beautiful, perfect for kids. It's also close to the mall, making dining and shopping convenient.
AaDAa zAInWorth the price.
There’s no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you don’t like walking directly on tiled floors, it’s best to bring your own slippers.
A nice place for a short vacation.
The building at the back looks a bit scary, but there’s actually nothing frightening about it.
There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs.
Highly recommended.
Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). 😊
GGuest UserThis homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax.
The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
