Great service and nice hotel. Bed is comfy and cleanliness of room is alright given that the hotel is not new. overall is a nice short stay, surrounding doesn't have much to venture, mostly staying inside the resort to chill and relax.

A Beautiful Escape with Room for Improvement The peaceful surroundings and beautifully maintained landscape created a relaxing atmosphere that was just what I needed. However, I feel there’s room for improvement in two areas. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. While not terrible, it didn’t fully meet my expectations for a resort of this caliber. Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the quality could be improved. Overall, the resort is a wonderful getaway spot, but with a little more attention to detail, it could truly be exceptional!

Overall quite satisfied with the stay, will definitely come back if visit seremban. Only things need to take note and improve is the bfast choice of food and the taste as it is just average abit below expectations for this hotel. In room dining maybe can add some kids meal and start early for the ordering time at 10.30am or 11am instead of 12pm. Housekeeping should take note on the linen, pillow case / bedsheets got unpleasant smell. All this is small matter can be improve, hope next visit will be great. Kids is enjoying the pool, its great place for family to have fun. Good location, convenient basement car park. Room have 2 bath towel only, no hand, face towel.

Spent a lovely one night stay with my family if 8 person in this lovely resort hotel in Port Dickson. It was a long weekend so the queue at the reception was absolutely full. Perhaps the hotel could speed up the check in process with a separate queue for those who’ve booked prepaid with a direct check in rather than the usual process with other guests who needed payment verification etc. The hotel has been around for over a decade so naturally some amenities are worn out and needs to be refurbished. Most notable would be the TV which obviously needs replacement into smart TVs with multi channel entertainment. Water pressure in the showers also needs to be improved. Breakfast was acceptable as the hotel handled the crowds by separating an extra breakfast hall one level above the usual breakfast hall. This is a good initiative to compliment them. King size beds are comfortable and a room with twin king beds fits 4 pax comfortably. Overall a comfortable stay for a short vacation

Should be the best location in town with the best facilities. Feels like a condominium and great sea view. Despite being partial, the sea view is still pretty good. However, some windows face the corridor which might have some issue with privacy. Curtains are installed for that but just a point to note. Otherwise, should consider staying. I stayed there twice.

If you are looking for a good deal for budget travelling, this is a good choice. The pros : clean toilet, breakfast included, clean rooftop swimming pool, free parking. Cons: smelly carpet ,i had to open the window to get some fresh air , hard beds.

I stayed here two weeks for an event. The room was really great, the staffs very helpful and lovely. The buffet food was delicious. There serve variety of food and desert everyday. The environment is so nice. I give 5 stars to this hotel.

During check-in the room was not facing the sea and easily we upgrade the room with additional RM70. The upgrade room not so clean as got sands everywhere on the floor. The breakfast just a simple one and not many choices. The great thing only the nice view from the room.

Booked the cheapest twin bed with city view. Location is very good just few minutes to Pusat perhiasan ikan. Around hotel also a lot restaurant. The kids very enjoy during the stay because the hotel is link to beach. The hotel provided place to clean the body before enter to swimming pool. Even the play room is small, limited choices but enough for them to spend some times inside before check out. Reception staff is very friendly.

There was no hair dryer, the toiletries were not refilled. The lobby was pitch dark on our first night, we had to use our torch on the mobile phone to walk from the lift to the unit. The bedsheets are not clean, the floor is not clean. The aircon is noisy. The sea breeze was great, it would be great if they placed some chairs on the balcony to enjoy the breeze. The scenery from balcony was wonderful and the beach is within walking distance.

Found some yellow spots on bedsheet and room with cigarrete's smell. Room without bathtub even it shown in room details. Check in and check out services very effective and the crews at counter are nice and polite. Overall is acceptable but not worth for the price.

All we needed was a clean and quiet place to rest between night flights and that's what we got. The warm and friendly welcome by the three lovely receptionists was a bonus as was the complimentary coffee. The location is good too with lots of good eating options and convenience stores. Great value.

We always stay at Palm Mall when we visit Seremban. It is the location and the mall right next to it that makes it the most likely choice for us. We have tried other hotels but we still prefer Palm Mall.

我們在這家酒店住得總體來說還行,我也推薦這家酒店,尤其是那些傾向於住靠近機場和港口酒店的人,但是這裏確實有些地方還有待改進。不錯的方面有:裝飾總體不錯,床上用品和廁所用品質量不錯,茶水很好喝,在汝來的位置也不錯。但是禮賓很差勁。 我詢問了一些關於威斯特敏斯特教堂的內部信息,但是衹得到了開放的時間。沒有早餐。但是我們的房間是奢華的大床房,而且窗戶的隔音效果很好,浴室也很寬敞。但是令我氣憤的是酒店的管道被破壞了,而且周六的時候附近會有抗議遊行。 大多數的酒店都會給客人關於行程的建議,也會幫助客人選擇備用路線,但是這家酒店沒有給出相應的通知,我們不得不最後變更計劃。我反饋給禮賓(跟之前的禮賓是同一個人)的時候,得到的回應是獃滯的目光。我們在這裏住得還不錯。

This hotel is worth the price. Just only rm60.00 for one night u get 3 star hotel. If the price is more than that it is not worth it. So there is nothing that i can complaint about for the price. The cleanliners is very average. The water pressure for shower is very low. The bed is very dirty. But the staff is really good and helping very polite.

I’ve stayed at Royale Chulan countless of times and also on Chinese New Years . So since I heard Alson Klana has been refurbished I decided to give it a try for the first time. Firstly when arriving to the hotel , this is on Chinese New Year Eve , parking was not full hence not full house. The facade of the hotel looks haunted due to they did not paint the hotel at all although they had refurbish it. Went to counter and was passed to their trainee. Trainee didn’t understand English well despite continuing to Converse to him in English. In the end he replied in Bahasa Melayu while we converse with him in English. 4th floor was given despite us mentioning we do not prefer the number 4 especially heading towards the Chinese New Year due to starting the year with an inauspicious number. However we were given the answer it is a fully house. We asked again how about even the 3rd floor would do, same thing , full house despite a lot of parking space available. Anyhow, heading to the room, the room is spacious . However, the bathroom door is not in a good shape they did not change the bathroom door and it has cracks and it’s a very old door. The balcony is not cleaned and if you look at the other side, it looks very haunting and torn down. Doubt into housekeeping in the end, managed to dial into the front desk to request, for toothbrush, toothbrush was not provided any refill of tea bags is chargeable RM6. This might be the last time I stay in this hotel and I will return to the competitor.

Bigger room. Friendly staff with smile .Reasonable price next to the hotel lots of eatery.But no lift for OKU .Most like the shower room and shower heather high pressure and very clean .Easy to get there with google map. Will back again to the hotel.

nice hotel to stay for couple days.Bilik besar Gila! Love sgt.. (kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. Agak mengecewakan sbb untuk breakfast hari pertama juga, hanya 2 org yg turun mkn walau pakej untuk 4 org. (mkn tiada buffet, sbb masa Ktorg cuti,tak ramai guess stay,so tak bnyk choice makanan) . overall okay!

I really liked the hotel! We lived in a 3-bedroom apartment. The room was cleaned every day. Good breakfasts. The beach is nearby. We also went to the Blue Lagoon beach. The sea is gorgeous. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, we swam in it every evening. The pool is clean. The hotel is very cozy. Soulful. We will be happy to come back! 🤗
