Everything is good. Clean bed linen. Limited tv channels. The most downside is the parking which is located outside the hotel.

My recent stay at Puteri Bay Hotel Melaka was an absolute dream, leaving me with lasting memories and a sincere appreciation for the art of hospitality. From the outset, the hotel radiated an air of sophistication and charm, setting the stage for what turned out to be an extraordinary experience. The check-in process was swift, and the staff displayed a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. It was evident that guest satisfaction was a top priority. The lobby, a tasteful blend of modern design and classic elegance, provided a welcoming introduction to the hotel's aesthetic. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the meticulous attention to detail. The décor was a harmonious mix of contemporary style and comfort, creating a serene retreat within the bustling city. The bed, with its high-quality linens and an assortment of pillows, offered a cocoon of relaxation that was hard to leave each morning. The hotel's amenities were a highlight of my stay. The fitness center featured top-of-the-line equipment, and the spa offered a range of indulgent treatments that provided a welcome escape. However, the pièce de résistance was the rooftop pool – a serene oasis with panoramic views, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the cityscape. Dining was a culinary journey. The hotel's restaurant boasted a diverse menu, showcasing culinary expertise with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Each meal was a delightful experience, and the breakfast spread was a particular standout, offering an array of choices to satisfy every palate. What truly set apart was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated every need, and their genuine warmth made me feel not just like a guest, but like an honored friend. From concierge recommendations to housekeeping's meticulous attention to detail, the commitment to providing a flawless experience was evident at every turn. Nestled in a prime location, offered easy access to the city's attractions, ensuring that my explorations were both convenient and enjoyable. Whether I was venturing out for cultural excursions or simply strolling through nearby parks, the hotel's central location proved to be a valuable asset. In conclusion, my stay was a symphony of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It's a rare gem that effortlessly blends modern elegance with genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relive the magic of this remarkable hotel.

Location: strategic near jonker walk, klebang beach, various other facilities such as 7E, Farmasi and many more. Check-in: services and inquiries are less than satisfactory. Put a sweet, polite and civilized face near the counter so that customers who come tired of driving from afar do not lose their mood. Exit Registration: the checkout process takes time, you have to wait for them to check the room before returning the deposit. there is usually a little boy eating a little dirty snack near the bed sheet. wash it, you won't wash it after we checkout. You can also recycle the towels that we used on the first day. the second day you put the same towel. Accommodation and rooms: so far beautiful suite-type rooms. Satisfied.

Worth the money spent. We attended a kenduri and chose to stay here with a couple of other families. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of kedai makan near the hotel. There was also a Food Festival during our stay, so parking was limited. Overall, we were satisfied.

A great hotel to experience Peranakan style and culture. It's not exactly in the center , about 10 minutes walk from main attractions, but uts a nice walk on local streets. My main concern would be the soundproofing of the rooms, I could hear everything that's happening in the rooms on the right and left, even the water flushing 😳 My room was 702 which had a connecting door, maybe that is why. But definitely something to keep in mind

My partner high recommended this hotel cause she stayed here before. And My personal experience I find the service were good from the reception, security guard, housekeeping and a guy at gym v friendly , Chef, F&B team very energetic v welcoming u to bfast. Person who delivered meal to our room also v friendly. However, some awful experienced at first room assigned room 2002 AC not cold and v bad sewage the moment you open the entrance door. We asked for room move then to 2703 the moment we entered overpowering of air freshener was sprayed follow by we saw the sofa have a big round stained and a debris on the floor so I immediately told the bellman unacceptable but it was too late we decided to stay. On Sat 2nd night at wee hour of 12 midnight, my room was on Do Not Disturb sign on and staff still knocking on my door for few times to deliver something for we have not asked for. We got a shocked of our life from the Big Bang knocked and call the operator…. And he said sorry… worse experience ever. My partner got very scared and got migraines after. Do not invade or ignore people privacy sign. Overall our stay was a OK even though with few incidents happened.

We booked 2 superior double rooms on 19- 21 March 2025. We stayed at level 2 (highest floor). Location : The hotel is located conveniently about 5 mins walk from the Jonkers street. Amenities: The room is equipped with basic hotel items such as bathroom towel, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste set, refrigerator, hairdryer, bedroom slipper. Very spacious shower area. It does not come with face towel so bring yours if you need it. Only 2 hangers given, but okay with us. The aircon had some vibration sound. We called the front desk and they quickly responded by sending someone up to check on the aircon. Parking: The hotel provides complimentary parking lots and there were plenty of lots in there. Checkout was fast. Generally pleased with the price we paid. May book again.

The hotel is budget-friendly, offers clean rooms, and provides a flexible breakfast schedule. However, the elevator and delivery issues slightly affect convenience. If these aspects improve, it would be an even better choice. Recommended for travelers looking for an affordable stay with decent amenities. Pros: Comfortable rooms – Clean and well-maintained. The shower area has a frosted glass design, which might feel a bit awkward for some. Great breakfast buffet – Wide variety of choices, and the buffet runs from 6 AM to 12 PM, which is great for those who prefer to sleep in. Affordable price & good service – The hotel offers good value for money, with breakfast included. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Cons: Confusing elevator system – The hotel elevators are only accessible from the Ground Floor, which can be confusing as the nearby Swiss Garden Hotel has its own elevators. Inconvenient parking access – Parking is available on levels 7 and 8, but only the 7th floor has direct access to The Shore Lobby. From there, guests need to take another elevator to reach the hotel rooms, which can be a hassle. Online delivery issues – Tried ordering food online, but the location pin wasn’t working properly, possibly due to internet connectivity issues, making it difficult to place an order.
