"We stayed at this Riad for three nights and didn't regret it at all! It was beautiful and atmospheric, like stepping into a fairy tale, and it was so cool to be able to experience their history and culture.
The host, who greeted us and then helped us with all our questions, was very polite and welcoming.
The breakfasts were very generous and filling, and I especially appreciate their coffee (a true work of art).

"There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said âOKâ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks."

"The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it."

"A new riad that's both stylish and incredibly clean. You can pull up right to the door to unload your luggage. Hamid, the manager, was a great help in arranging parking around the corner in an underground garage, and I can't thank him enough â he's a very pleasant and attentive young man. Inside, the riad is beautifully decorated, with a pool and sun loungers, and we were offered welcome tea upon arrival. The rooftop, where breakfast is served, offers a magnificent view of the El Badi Palace ruins. You could easily skip visiting the ruins because you can see storks right from the hotel's rooftop! Breakfasts are consistent day-to-day, but still delicious â fresh coffee and orange juice. Our balcony overlooked a lively street in the Medina, so be prepared to hear the sounds of the city until midnight, but that's the trade-off for staying within walking distance of all of Marrakech's iconic landmarks."

"The hotelâs location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech."

HHarpreet & KayFrom the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didnât just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and thatâs something weâll never forget.
We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. Itâs the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime.
One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.
A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to.
Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasnât working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here.
And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home.
The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. Weâre already missing every meal!
The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. Itâs something you simply have to experience for yourself.
The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home.
To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didnât just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel.
This wasnât just a hotel stay, it was an experience weâll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and canât wait to return. GGuest UserGreat resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away.
Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

GGuest UserThis is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.

RRovaheMy stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying.
The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly.
But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm.
The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos).
Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this.
The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot.
Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place.
No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small.
Not too bad, but there are things to be improved.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool.
Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice.
Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet
There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night.
If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad.
Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved.
But Larbi is great, thank you my friend.

GGuest UserWe didnât have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign âRiad Nouhalâ but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.

GGuest UserAbsolutely great experience in old style. Beautiful building run by friendly people that were always ready to help. Small but cosy rooms that were kept clean everyday. Very good breakfast! Really was sorry to miss one because of early departure for a trip one day. All staff always smiling, helpful and ready to brighten your day with mint tea (even late in the evening). Very communicative, I enjoyed having some small chat with them everyday. They also have spa and hammam that was nice to try after one particularly wet and cold day. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
