"I highly recommend this place for those visiting Osaka for sightseeing. I didn't take the subway or bus at all during my entire trip to Osaka; I could walk everywhere. It was super convenient to be able to walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi street. The public bath and sauna were also clean and nice."

"I've stayed at many hotels in Osaka, including the Ritz Carlton, Westin, Intercontinental, and the Tennoji Marriott and Imperial multiple times, but I rarely leave reviews. This time, I chose the Hotel Hankyu International. First, let's talk about the location – it's incredibly convenient, close to Umeda and the airport limousine bus stop. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was also quite large, although the shower stall seemed like a later addition and felt a bit cramped. On the second day, I received a note saying they found a problem with my room door and needed me to switch rooms. I had actually noticed this when I first checked in – the door required two attempts to lock – but I didn't think much of it. However, since they requested it, I agreed to move. I specifically went to the front desk and informed them that we were staying for five nights, had a lot of luggage, and many items were spread out and needed to be organized. The front desk assured me it was no problem and that someone would come to help with the move. After I finished organizing, I called the front desk, and an employee came up, but surprisingly, he came empty-handed, without even a luggage cart. So, he pushed one suitcase, and the three of us pushed other suitcases and carried various miscellaneous items as we made our way to the new room. Once everything was settled, I went to sit on the sofa by the window and found a snack bag on the floor, presumably left by the previous guest. Typically, with good hotels, when a room change occurs – whether initiated by the guest due to dissatisfaction or by the hotel due to faulty facilities – the hotel usually does a thorough check to ensure the new room won't have the same problems. Secondly, if the inconvenience is caused by the hotel, they usually offer some small compensation to the guest, like a room upgrade. Furthermore, they will always ask if the guest has a lot of luggage, and if so, they will definitely bring a large luggage cart that can not only hold suitcases but also hang clothes guests don't want to pack. This hotel failed on all these points. As a former hotel professional, I can empathize with hotels, so I usually don't complain or make many demands. Next time, I might still stay here because the access is genuinely convenient, and it connects to Sanbangai, where there's a Kitty Land that I absolutely adore."

"Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want."

The bathtub is generously sized, and the water pressure is excellent. What's more, both the room and bathroom have the option to play classical music. After walking 10,000-20,000 steps during the day, a relaxing bath here is pure bliss. Listening to classical music while bathing, combined with the hotel's old-world ambiance, strangely creates a strong sense of ritual. This small detail actually became one of my most memorable aspects of the hotel. **💁 Professional Service:** The staff are generally well-trained, polite, and discreet. You can tell they come from a long tradition of five-star hospitality. From the front desk to the concierge, everyone was professional and friendly. Although we didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, English communication was generally smooth. **🚌 Free Shuttle to Osaka Station:** The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station, running approximately every 20 minutes from 10 AM to 10 PM during our stay. This significantly compensates for the hotel's slightly distant location from the train station. While the nearest JR Sakuranomiya Station still requires crossing a bridge and a bit of a walk, which might be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or prioritize direct access to a station, the shuttle largely mitigates the public transport issue. It covers most normal travel times from morning to night, but I'd recommend checking the latest timetable on the day of your check-in. **Location:** The hotel isn't in Osaka's busiest area, offering a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle, which is perfect for a good rest. There's a convenience store nearby and a small shopping arcade connected to the hotel, though dining options are not extensive. **Overall Impression:** I believe the Imperial Hotel Osaka is particularly well-suited for family trips, traveling with parents, or anyone who prioritizes room spaciousness, quietness, and quality service over being directly above a bustling commercial district."

"The hygiene, environment, and location of the hotel are all excellent. Aki interacted with guests at every table during breakfast and even helped take photos 📷, which was very heartwarming. The hotel's location is superb, only a 5-minute walk to the nearest Tenmabashi. The breakfast was abundant with fresh ingredients, and you can see Osaka's iconic landmarks from the restaurant. I would definitely consider staying here again next time."
