"This is my 2nd stay here. Love the cleanliness, the osen which offers multiple pools, the systematic luggage storage/collection process. The best part is the airport limo bus stops right behind the hotel on 2nd floor of the OCAT Building. You don't even need to cross any roads or take any stairs since escalator is available.
Simple use the massive underpass walkway to connect to Namba shopping malls like Takashimaya and the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street at exit 10/12.
Pls bring luggage w top/front opening as there is limited space. Do not bring 50/50 split luggage. Apart of this, everything else is super great!
Oh yah, there are multiple charging sockets from 3-pin, japanese 2 pin, USB. More than enough for usage."

Hotel near Umeda,Osaka
Hotel Hankyu International is about a 3-minute walk from the Chayamachi exit of Hankyu Osaka Umeda Station, about a 10-minute walk from the Midosuji exit of JR Osaka Station, and about a 3-minute walk from Exit 4 of Nakatsu Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. It is also about a 10-minute drive from JR Shin-Osaka Station.
It is adjacent to the Umeda Arts Theater, and there are plenty of shopping facilities in the area, such as Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Branch, Hankyu Sanban-gai, NU Chayamachi, Links Umeda, Grand Front Osaka, Lucua Osaka, and Lucua 1100 (Eire). Facilities popular with foreigners, such as Umeda Sky Building (Air Garden Observatory) and Yodobashi Camera Umeda, are also within walking distance. All rooms are located on the 26th floor or higher, and the night view from the high floors is exceptional. The 31st and 32nd floors are the "Luxury Floors," which promise a more enriching stay with rooms that combine elegant and gorgeous interiors with modernity and floor-exclusive services.
Enjoy Japanese cuisine at Teppanyaki Chayamachi, one of the hotel's 10 restaurants, bars etc, or stay in and take advantage of the 24-hour room service. "I chose Hankyu again this time, even though it's a bit far from the station, because I was so impressed by their warm and thoughtful service on my last visit.
I booked the same room as before, and the view was absolutely stunning. The bathroom was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were so good that I even took some with me. The cleanliness was, as expected, impeccable, with the room tidied thoroughly every day.
Regarding service, they still offered the same excellent experience of escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the features. The check-in process and concierge service were also top-notch.
However, there were two small disappointments this time. First, one morning before we left, we requested two bottles of water. But when we returned in the evening, we found that the usual spot for bottled water hadn't been refilled with new ones. I'm not sure if it was an oversight or if they assumed that since we'd already received water that day, they wouldn't provide more.
Secondly, on my previous stay, a staff member would help push our luggage to the car and hand it over to the driver when we checked out. This time, they only asked if we had a car and then left us to it, which momentarily made me feel like I was back at the Imperial Hotel (a jab at what the reviewer perceives as less attentive service there). All in all, I was a little disappointed compared to my last visit, especially since the location isn't the most convenient, making service all the more crucial.
Also, it was quite surprising that bath caps weren't provided as a standard amenity."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From Kansai Airport, you can buy a limousine bus ticket to Nanko, Tempozan, or Universal Studios from exit 3 for 1800 JPY per adult. It drops you off directly at the hotel entrance, making it perfect for families traveling with seniors and children. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios daily. Compared to hotels right at the Universal Studios entrance, this one offers excellent value for money. You can book the shuttle and manage the number of passengers by scanning a QR code; the interface is in Chinese, which is very convenient. There are also free daily shuttles to Shin-Osaka Station and weekend shuttles to Umeda Station. The hotel has water dispensers on each floor with both hot and cold water. On the basement level, there's a Lawson convenience store and several restaurants. The hotel also offers buffet lunch and dinner, with prices varying for weekdays and weekends, and for lunch and dinner."

"The hotel is directly connected to the station, which makes it very accessible. Several subway lines run through here, which is super convenient. The room was a bit on the small side, making it hard to open a suitcase. However, there were plenty of amenities, and it was clean and comfortable. The elevators can be slow, so it's best to leave with plenty of time to spare."

"This hotel was recommended by a friend, and its location is absolutely fantastic. Downstairs, there's a city rail station, and it's a hub for various subway lines, making travel incredibly convenient. It's very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The airport shuttle also has a stop right next to the hotel, which is super handy for getting around. I stayed for three nights, and the room was quite spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I'm particular about my sleep, so I was thrilled that the bed was very comfortable and the environment was peaceful. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future."

"I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and paid nearly TWD 9,000 for one night, expecting a memorable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
I requested a room with a view of the Tenjin Festival fireworks through Trip.com almost two months before my stay. Trip.com later confirmed that this request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, I was only informed at check-in that my room would not have a fireworks view, leaving me with no opportunity to change my room or book another hotel.
What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I asked whether my request had been received, I was met with a questioning tone and was asked if I had actually sent the message. I was then told that the hotel had only received information that it was my birthday, and that rooms with fireworks views were more expensive. However, I later checked the hotel’s official website and found that the price for those rooms was very similar to what I had already paid through Trip.com.
Instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, the staff repeatedly told me to contact Trip.com and insisted that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. Later, Trip.com informed me that they had indeed forwarded my request to the hotel but never received a response.
The room itself was clean and the facilities were nice, but good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. I expected much better hospitality from a Hilton property, especially on such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration.
I hope the hotel will improve its communication with booking partners and provide better training for its front desk staff so that future guests do not experience the same disappointment."

Stepping into this hotel felt like going back in time to The Great Gatsby. It's probably the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at in Osaka. They really made good use of the public spaces, and the Peacock Alley is simply stunning – I could admire it all day.
The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication quite easy.
Contrary to what I read online, the standard room was perfectly fine. I was given a high floor, and the room was spacious, well-divided, with plenty of space for luggage. The twin room had two queen-sized beds (1.5 meters each), making it very family-friendly.
The downsides were the low water pressure in the bathroom and the water not getting hot enough.
They provided Aesop amenities, and the ginger scent was lovely.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was semi-buffet style with limited variety, and the main courses were quite uninspired, not really matching the room rate. I do recommend the French toast among the main dishes, it was excellent. The biggest issue was the long queues, which really detracted from the experience.
The hotel's location is quite good. Directly downstairs is Green Place with a wide variety of dining options, and Ushigoro is on the third floor. You can walk to department stores like Hanshin, but taking a taxi is more convenient for Hankyu.

Guest UserThis hotel is incredibly convenient! Whether you're shopping in Umeda, traveling by JR, or heading to the airport, it's just a 3-minute walk to the station. Kim at the front desk was super fluent in English, and even though check-in in Japan is usually at 3 PM, she kindly arranged an early check-in for me after checking the room's readiness. I'm truly grateful to the hotel. Out of my three stays in Osaka this year, the Hilton has been the best!

This is a historic Japanese-style inn. It's a 3-minute walk from Ami Station on the Nankai-Koya Railway. The environment is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. Dinner is served in the room, and the dishes are elegant and delicious.
The indoor onsen (hot spring) is a small, simple bath.

The location is extremely convenient. If you're looking for an old-school hotel vibe, you might find it here, but the facilities are really outdated – I couldn't stand them. The showerhead was in the bathtub and there was no separate shower, which was a real deal-breaker for me. I'll definitely stick to newer hotels from now on. The Japanese restaurant on the fifth floor was pretty good; I had sushi for a reasonable price, with 16k and 26k options available.

Guest UserConvenient walking distance to and from the Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station serving the Chuo Line [C] and Sakaisuji Line [K], makes for an easy thoroughfare to all parts of the city, Umeda, and Universal Studios, too. Great amenities are its upper floor Onsen on the 14th floor, along with the swimming pool and gym facilities for an additional (2 700¥) per visit. Room size is fairly spacious for solo travelers, but opt for beds for two persons or couples. The hotel does not have laundry facilities though the nearest laundromat is about 6-blocks away. Very clean and open 24/24.
This hotel has a chapel inside on the second floor for those who are observant travelers (for Christian devotees). There are several other temples and shrines all within distance from the hotel itself. Accommodations are very good from a short stay to a business traveler’s perspective or personal experience within this part of Osaka’s financial districts. Very lovely places for returning visitors.

たまちゃおI’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here. This might just be my favorite hotel in the world.
It’s true, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. But once you pass through the entrance tunnel, you’re transported to another world, even though you’re still in Osaka.
This time, I was on a blue floor. Despite the heat outside, it felt like the temperature dropped by 5°C. The elevator was neon pink. I was greeted with a warm “Welcome back.” And I replied, “I’m home.”
I was on the top floor, the 27th, on the Midosuji side, my favorite pink floor. Odd-numbered floors are pink, even-numbered are blue.
Soon after, Jack brought my luggage. As always, he pulled my stopper from his breast pocket. Thank you.
“Midosuji is all mine!” I declared, and then it was bath time.
I headed to WET on the 4th floor. I read a book by the poolside, then soaked in the jacuzzi, repeating the cycle. Later, I had a French 75 at LIVING ROOM, served by Mr. Yajima.
The Mexican dish I often order had been slightly revamped and was even more delicious.
Back in my room, it was bath time again. Oh? Extra towels, bath salts, skincare, and a chair! Ah, I remember mentioning it last time. The chair wasn't quite what I had in mind, though.
After that, I fell into a deep sleep, so no turndown service this time. Oh! Their laundry service is excellent here. I always have my high-end brand T-shirts cleaned here. It costs almost 10,000 yen locally, which is a bit much. They even managed to remove a stain from a skirt that H Nagoya couldn't get out.
It’s not cheap, there’s no lounge, and no gym. But I absolutely love it. Thank you always, see you again.

Guest UserExceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, equipped with a washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, kitchenware, dining table, and even a desk. It's perfect for families traveling with kids, catering to everyone's needs. Daily cleaning was impeccable; the window glass was wiped clean every day, free of fingerprints or water marks, offering beautiful views outside. The bedding was comfortable, the AC didn't blow directly on my face, the shower water was great, and it was perfectly soundproof with no noise, so I slept very well. The location is convenient, surrounded by various malls, bus stops, and convenience stores. The hotel's swimming pool is also kid-friendly. I'd definitely choose InterContinental and this room type again on my next visit!

Guest UserThe hotel staff were very welcoming. The gym and pool had dedicated attendants, and you could rent swimsuits. The pool was heated, and they provided towels, bathrobes, iced lemonade, mineral water, and a swimsuit dryer. Basically, you could just go down in slippers with your room card to enjoy it. The pool area also had a sauna and a cold plunge pool. The hotel's breakfast selection was rich, offering Western pastries, Chinese dim sum, and various Chinese porridges, all of which tasted quite good. The hotel also offered electric bicycle rentals, perfect for cycling to Osaka Castle. The JR station was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The tea in the room was also delicious, and the teapot selection showed good taste, allowing you to enjoy tea and the views of Osaka Castle from your room. The hotel bathrobes were very comfortable, and even the hairdryer was a Dyson. The room key was a wooden hotel logo card attached to a wristband. It's fine if you're not going far, but I personally prefer a card-style room key that can fit in my wallet.
