Service: This is my second stay here, and it's the most convenient place for layovers in Narita! The free airport shuttle runs frequently, almost every 20-30 minutes, and the drivers even help with luggage. It's great value for three people, costing less than 400 yuan a night on weekdays. If you want to eat, you can take the shuttle to T1 or T2, which have many options. There's also a shuttle to the Aeon Mall in the city, but it only runs four times a day from 11 AM to the afternoon. We didn't manage to catch it, so we didn't experience it. Facilities: You can't tell it's an old hotel; it's very well-maintained. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors can be picked up on the first floor. Make sure to grab them at night, as you can't get them in the morning. There's also a drugstore and a FamilyMart on the first floor. Prices are normal, and FamilyMart is well-stocked with popular puddings and various drinks, and it's open 24 hours. The drugstore is open from 1:30 PM to 10 PM.

We stayed here specifically for a few nights in Tokyo as Disney was part of our agenda. Overall I enjoyed this hotel - the location was great, very close (and covered) to the subway - less than 5 minutes. There are a couple of malls just next to the subway with lots of food options, supermarkets, Uniqlo etc. Great! Shuttle bus to Disneyland/sea was also one of the reasons we chose to stay here for the convenience to the parks and the service was great personally for us as we planned ahead - got to the bus stop (at DisneySEA) with some buffer to ensure we got a seat. However, there were no checks if you were a hotel guest for the service and guests from the adjacent hotel used the service which became very crowded, by the time it got to the DisneyLAND. For context this shuttle was only meant for Urayasu Brighton Hotel guests. The adjacent hotel had their own shuttle. Service here was great too - staff were very friendly unlike another hotel I stayed at in Ginza on the same trip. Rooms were refreshing for Tokyo as the room we were in was very spacious. It was clean also but did not offer complimentary water. Room also had a foot massager which I enjoyed. There was a Refa shower head and hair dryer. However just some “interesting” elements to this hotel. There are irons you can use - just call the front desk to use, but the catch is you only have 1 hour to use it. Must call the front desk to tell them to pick up. Didn’t want to chance going over an hour as I didn’t want to pay for this. Also, there was no door signs for this hotel - I.e do not disturb, please make room etc. House keeping entered and cleaned up the room which is opposed to their information they provided as it stated if you want house keeping to clean your room you needed to call the front desk by a certain time which we did not do. The house keeping was not detailed they put the extra pillows I used for MY bed on my sister’s bed. Also the bed runners which we took off and set to the side they put back on the bed and they put the extra pillows on it - which is simply gross as those runners are not clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean also. But the marks on the sofa were very noticeable and kinda gross. Basic amenities were provided but could have been better. Overall would recommend.

No need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there. The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price). There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there. The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

Making the decision to stay here was absolutely spot on! We returned our rental car and this hotel was right across the street. It has several restaurants and even a Lawson convenience store. After a good night's sleep, there's a free shuttle service to the airport. Our luggage was even handled for us and the staff gave us a warm send-off. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

After a 9-year hiatus, I returned to Tokyo Disneyland and once again chose the Hilton Tokyo Bay. We booked a Magic Ocean Room, similar to our previous stay (last time was a family room for 5, this time a triple). Upon entering, the stark white ceiling light made it feel like an old guesthouse. Then, opening the window, we realized our room was on the lowest floor, the 3rd, and the tiny corner of 'ocean view' was simply appalling. Hilton, how can you call this an ocean-view room?! This was truly dishonest. In fairness, as an older hotel, some parts are a bit dated, but the overall facilities and services are complete and well-maintained. There's a shuttle bus service to JR Maihama Station and the Monorail Bayside Station (though the shuttle to Maihama Station runs every 20 minutes, so there's a long wait). The hotel is very close to Bayside Station, just a few minutes' walk. Plus, a new entrance to DisneySea's Fantasy Springs area has opened next to Bayside Station, making park access very convenient. There are two Lawsons inside the hotel, so if you return late after a fun day and haven't eaten, you won't go hungry. The hotel has a gym with a swimming pool. There's also a recreational pool, but it seems to be part of the Garden Pool Restaurant, meaning you need to book a meal to use it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always happy to assist whenever I had a question or needed anything during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how much attention was given to cleanliness and the small details. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was also quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel’s location was another highlight. It was convenient and easy to get around, with many restaurants, shops, and other attractions nearby. This made my stay much more convenient, especially when I wanted to explore the area. I was also impressed by the overall facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt well organized and taken care of, and the common areas were clean and pleasant. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent, and the staff always made me feel welcomed. Overall, I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable room, a convenient location, and a pleasant atmosphere made this hotel a great choice. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

I went there to relax and unwind from work! The massage within the hotel was excellent, with skilled therapists. Even though I had a breakfast-included plan, the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. My room was oceanfront, and the interior seemed to have been recently renovated, as the facilities felt modern and stylish, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows were incredibly comfortable for sleeping. Being able to watch Netflix and YouTube also made my solo trip feel complete. Although I couldn't use the private open-air bath because it was full, the public large bath also had an open-air section, and it was great that there were different types of hot springs in different areas! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would love to come back again. Next time, I'd like to try a dinner-included plan and also use the lounge.

Please read my review before booking. Most reviews are filled with subjective feelings rather than objective functional details. First, I booked a Main Building Grand Balcony Room, which is located on floors 9-11. The decor is at least 15-20 years old. There was a strong musty smell in the hallway and inside the sea-view rooms. The lighting was dim, and the facilities were outdated, making it practically uninhabitable. Based on the decor style, the standard twin and triple rooms on floors 3-5, the deluxe twin rooms, and the Main Building Grand Rooms on floors 9-11 all share a similar style, suggesting they were renovated around the same time. The room conditions were poor. After discussing with the staff, I was moved to an 8th-floor Jumbo Room, which has an ocean theme, was renovated in recent years, and offers significantly better room conditions. I recommend booking rooms on the 8th floor. Also, judging from pictures, the Park Wing rooms appear to be newly renovated, but this is just a guess; I suggest emailing the hotel to confirm. Second, rooms are divided into garden view and sea view. The garden view allows you to see the Disneyland fireworks at night, but the daytime view is unremarkable. Choose based on whether you plan to watch fireworks inside the park. Third, the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You can refer to the image for shuttle times from the hotel. For shuttle times from the airport to the hotel, you can scan the QR code to visit the bus official website. Fourth, the hotel does not have a convenience store. You'll need to walk about 10 minutes to the Hilton to buy things or use Uber Eats. Fifth, there are plenty of restaurants, but the prices are a bit high for Chinese visitors, and they don't operate late into the night. Overall, I would book again if the price is right, but I would be very selective about the room type. For the same price, I might choose the Hilton for convenience in shopping.

The good thing is there is free shuttle from Narita airport, the bus driver is very helpful, he helps us to put our baggage into the bus. But there are 17 hotels around the area providing same service. Its about 20 minutes by bus from Narita airport to Hotel. 1. Facility: The hotel is aged, but clean. The lift is old, anyone can access to the room floor. The hotel is just giving 2 bottle mineral waters (400ml each), when i request addtional, they just willing to give another 2 bottles, it was almost 12am in the mid night, i need to buy water at the Family mart at Mystay hotel, because the 7-11 in Hilton Narita closed at 11.00pm. This is strange to me, normally 5 star hotel give unlimited complimentary water. i was staying with my family in the Hilton Tokyo Bay during this trip, this hotel is providing water dispenser and ice maker at each floor, which is much more convenient. 2. Food Due to early morning flight, we settle our dinner at Terrance Restaurant dinner buffet, the cost is JPY 7500 during weekend, and they are running 30% off for room guest. The price is good, but the food quality is under average and limited choice.
