I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable.
However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time.
The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at thisHotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!
The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.
I stayed there in transit and it was clean and had amenities like water, which was nice.
The breakfast was varied and nutritious, and I was very satisfied.
Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use
And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool
This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again
ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too!
Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.
Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.
The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.
Great location. Very near to shopping area and to the golden temple. Autos are available right outside the hotel. Room service food is amazing! Especially the mutton briyani.
New, modern property close by the airport, stayed here to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding and escape the hectic ”chowks” of amritsar. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great

My stay in Fairfield Marriot was absolutely pleasant. First, the staffs are very very fast and helpful. They helped me check-in in the most efficient way! The room is spacious, super clean and all aminities are there! Exactly get what I paid for. Amazing! Breakfast?! The breakfast is extraordinary, they have quite wide varieties of foods and beverages, including the local specialties. Loved that! The staffs in the restaurant is very very attentive and sweet! Definitely will stay with them again if I come back to Amritsar!

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)
