"We arrived at the Armani Suites by taxi. On arrival staff helped us with our bags and were very welcoming. The staff helped us with directions to places and also ordered us a taxi to the airport for our flight home. The rooms were comfortable and great for a stop off before flying home."

"Good experience, good option to stay near to international airport, One inconvenience I faced during my stay was with the charging sockets. I had chargers with Chinese slim flat pins, but the hotel sockets mainly supported Indian round pins. Since I was carrying only one multiple plug adapter and had 3 devices to charge, it became a bit difficult to manage. It would be great if the hotel could provide universal adapters or more compatible charging options for international travelers."

"Here’s a more natural version of your review: The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after. The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality. There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again."

"The hotel is literally right next to Janakpuri west metro station. Staff were very forthcoming. Rooms are clean and have a safe, mini fridge and iron. There is a small shopping complex next to the hotel."

"From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. Wonderful wonderful service all round. I will be back for sure"

"While this is not a top tier Hotel, it does provide a comfortable stay, good location and a wonderful 360* view from the rooftop. All in all our worst comment would be that we had to phone house keeping every day because things like toilet paper, soap and shampoo were not being refilled - which is not the worst problem one could have in a hotel. I also enjoyed the book exchange."

"I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. I arrived late at night and was checked in within five minutes. The room was clean, with wonderful bedding and fresh linen, good toiletries, and plenty of bottled water. They even provided toothbrushes, a razor, and slippers. The only thing missing was a bathrobe. The room itself was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both Indian and European options, tasty fruits, and pastries. Getting to the airport is easy by metro, just one stop. It's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the metro station ***** a decent street, and I didn't regret not taking a taxi to the airport. After staying in other Indian hotels during my trip, this one felt like paradise! I highly recommend it. And a tip: the price often drops significantly closer to the check-in date."

"The location is great, with Decathlon and a food court downstairs, and Vegas Mall is also within walking distance. However, Trip.com didn't inform me in advance that the pool was under renovation, and I wasn't told the breakfast times during check-in. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and the intern seemed quite dispirited when speaking. On the other hand, the concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast experience overall was also very good! I'd consider coming back, but for a 5-star hotel, I'd expect a bit more warmth in the service."
