The hotel is conveniently located right above a commercial area with plenty of restaurant options. Overall, it was a good experience."

"High floor with great views, convenient transportation in the city center, and taxis are very cheap. The breakfast is abundant, and the staff are friendly and offer good service. There's a gym, swimming pool, and bar on the rooftop. A great choice!"

"From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. Wonderful wonderful service all round. I will be back for sure"

"Excellent Hotel! The rooms and facilities are all clean, modern and well designed. The gym is very spacious with all modern machinery as well as cold water and towels it was a pleasure to use. The hotel rooms are very chic, the bed is extremely comfortable and the daily housekeeping keeps you topped up with chai, water and amenities. The food at the hotel is also very good, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice for all, as well as a live station. The room service was also delicious. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible, everyone was helpful and polite. The location is right of Connaught place but the hotel itself, surrounded by greenery feels quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was clean, and the rooms were large and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room, including a kettle, and water was refilled regularly and in ample supply. The bathroom had all the essentials: dental kits, shower gel, soap, shampoo, and body lotion. We used the laundry service, which was fast and good quality. The hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing; it was expensive, and one of us was served spoiled ramen. They did apologize profusely and didn't charge us for it, though. I wasn't keen on the coffee at breakfast – it was instant, not from a coffee machine. For our early check-out, they packed us very tasty and generous lunch boxes. The pool area isn't huge, but it's quite nice. Overall, the hotel is decent and pleasant, and the staff are very professional."

"The room was quite small. I've always stayed at the Imperial Hotel before, and this place clearly falls a notch below in terms of facilities and service. Plus, there's always a scammer by the entrance, pretending to read a newspaper. Every time we step out to catch a taxi, he tries to pull various tricks on us, even driving away our cab and insisting we go to a specific shopping spot. If you're just on a layover, you'd be better off staying at a hotel near the airport."
