"Excellent value for money. The hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, located in the Aerocity area, which is bustling with hotels, restaurants, and shops. The area is clearly expanding. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and also very well soundproofed. Breakfast is good, fresh, and plentiful. The staff are friendly."

"The location is great, with Decathlon and a food court downstairs, and Vegas Mall is also within walking distance. However, Trip.com didn't inform me in advance that the pool was under renovation, and I wasn't told the breakfast times during check-in. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and the intern seemed quite dispirited when speaking. On the other hand, the concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast experience overall was also very good! I'd consider coming back, but for a 5-star hotel, I'd expect a bit more warmth in the service."

"Simply wonderful, choosing this Novotel was the best decision I made in India. India can be chaotic, but this hotel is a haven of peace and comfort. It truly lives up to its standards. It's so CLEAN! The breakfasts are delicious with plenty of choices. The staff are very polite, and the rooms are super comfortable. Everything you need is there. It's the best choice you could make. "The hotel is literally right next to Janakpuri west metro station. Staff were very forthcoming. Rooms are clean and have a safe, mini fridge and iron. There is a small shopping complex next to the hotel."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed. "*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment."

"From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. Wonderful wonderful service all round. I will be back for sure"

"We arrived at the Armani Suites by taxi. On arrival staff helped us with our bags and were very welcoming. The staff helped us with directions to places and also ordered us a taxi to the airport for our flight home. The rooms were comfortable and great for a stop off before flying home."

"I stayed at The Connaught, New Delhi (IHCL SeleQtions) for a night in late December, and it was an excellent choice. I was traveling from Vrindavan and heading to Jaipur the next day, so I needed somewhere central and comfortable to recharge. The location is unbeatable if you want to be near Connaught Place (CP). Despite being in a busy area, the hotel felt like a quiet sanctuary. The room had a great boutique vibe—modern but with that classic Taj hospitality. The staff were extremely attentive and made the check-in process smooth, which was a relief after a long drive. I’m really glad I chose this over other options in the area. The breakfast was also a highlight with a good mix of options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay in central Delhi."
