Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

Reception staff were somewhat rude, not every welcoming - you would need to make yourself known to them as you approach the reception area - even if there were many reception staff. Arrived - and straight away they were upselling their rooms, quite embarrassing when you paid so much money for your room and it was not ready during checkin time and they said you can either pay for a room upgrade to get your room or wait for an hour. As a well known hotel brand and a member of the Accor group - worst customer experience I have experienced upon checkin. However overall stay was good.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

Had a great stay at Pullman New Delhi! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort. Highly recommend for business or leisure or travel to airport. They have great breakfast options compared to many others in Aerocity. Bar area could be better.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Radisson Blu, Dwarka. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

Perfect for long layovers. Me and my 5 year old had good sleep for some hour. If someone could pick up from the flight door it would have been better because it gave us hard time to find the place.

It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. It was a totally smooth experience. Cozy location. Just a little too far from tge main city. Loved the place. Will definitely recommend.
