One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.

I was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice 18m room. If the shower jet could be stronger it would be nicer. It's under renovation and it's quite noisy though from 8am.

The room is clean, in a strategic location above the mall. The food is complete and cheap, close to the busway and the city station… good service… recommended for price and quality…

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

Good food, but room towel and bed sheet/cover were not good enough. It will be better to change the towel and bed sheet when it tore or the color change

The service is very good, the cleanliness is also sufficient, only the bathroom smells a little unpleasant, the facilities are also okay. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in Baturaja.

This hotel is located next to OPI Mall, which is very convenient for travelers to find something to eat and buy some necessities. Besides, the room is spacious enough for a good rest during your stay :)

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Santika Palembang. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby, we tried the Pempek Beringin, the taste is good. The receptionists are very friendly.
