The huge issue with the Hotel is the organisation of the Airport pickup. You have to call and hope someone picks up the phone. Otherwise you pay 45-50k IDR...if the taxi driver accepts the short ride that is. The Sister Hotel next door is a lot better, but the Zest is ok for the price. The breakfast is charged at an additional 90k IDR. There is a Supermarket, Starbucks, KFC downstairs but 80-90 % of the mall are currently completely abandoned. In the room you have to let the loud A/C run the whole time....otherwise there is a bad smell. The wear and tear is clearly visible everywhere, but as they have so many rotating guests they quite obviously do not care at all. The lady, who offers a massage-service, jjumps in the elevator with you to find out your room no. The mattress is worn out etc. The best thing of both Hotels are their exceptional employees.

This trip is transit and stay overnight only, the hotel is totally ok, don’t forget to contact hotel in advance for pickup service from airport to hotel, it just 10-20 mins only but you don’t need to find taxi or grab service. The restaurant is on GF, I had late dinner and breakfast; last order for dinner is 10:30PM, but there has too many mosquitos, so I come back to my room and they deliver my order to my room. Foods are good in taste, but a little bit slow, maybe due to late order. Breakfast is from 6AM, served as buffet, tastes are fine but I come to restaurant is about 9AM, some foods containers are almost empty. In general, this hotel is recommended by me.

FM7 Resort Hotel near Jakarta Airport offers an extensive range of facilities, including cafes, restaurants, and spa services. The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Check in after long day business meeting and can't wait to take break just for taking shower and get a cup of nice coffee...and finally I arrived at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. I love the hotel especially the color & music, on the check in process it was went well and there's a young lady stand up beside the FO staff listening and observing all the process. The following day I met her again at the Lobby and she approach me just to say hallo, asked about my experience and feedback gently and at the same time she over me a cup of coffee even though she knew I have done my breakfast. I know she's very knew work with Fame Hotel Gading Serpong however she's ( Iren ) is very important asset for the company. I am wring this feedback not because she over me a cup of coffee. She's really showcased her roles as hotelier. Nice to meet you Iren and I will comeback and thank you for your warmest hospitality.

I was surprised to Find how posh Trembesi hotel is. It was established only in 2022. Very high-tech, spacious bedroom, amazing view (especially at night) with seamless window pane. Shower was strong, overall stay was nice. The only let Down is the buffet breakfast. The selection was big, But they can upgrade the taste, however the room service food was better

Great experienced for staying in osaka hotel pik 2, good hospitality, the room is super clean and good, staff is very helpful , especially for their FO named Ms. Okti. I really enjoyed this hotel and i will be back again

If like us you need to stay one night at the airport before transiting to Bali, this for you. Clean place, not far from the airport and good breakfast.

This is such a great family hotel in Anyer area. Great swimming pool, private beach and my son's favorite: foam party! The room is not too big, but it's more than enough. I checked in early and got my room around 10.30, I also got baby cot free of charge. Breakfast is great but eventhough needs time to refill food (maybe it's a busy weekend). Overall Inreally enjoyed my stay, will definitely be back next time

The shuttle service is terrible. First, I arrived at CGK T3 around 00:30am and I have called the (shuttle) driver multiple times to no avail. I opted a taxi and paid more to save the time. Second, the next day when I told them that I will take the 11:00am shuttle, it did not shown until 11:15am. Once again, I opted a taxi in order to be on time at the airport for my next connecting flight. Better to not mentioning that the hotel have shuttle service than having to experience this disappointing service. Thank you!

We were happy with the hotel facilities. The smart TV builders in with so many account option to enjoy from Netflix to Hotstar. The breakfast also good, but the resto is under maintenance so it wasn't pleasant time to enjoy our breakfast. The resto too crowded with the guests. Parking area is huge and we can easily find parking spot. The lobby smells fantastic. I wonder what fragrance they are using. Overall, it was pleasant time to stay at Vega and we would like to come back next time.

First off, I gave only 3 stars for overall experience due to bad dinner experience - took them over an hour to serve our food, citing severe staff shortage. Apart from that, it's actually quite a nice hotel, especially for airport/ transit hotel. It's apparently 4-star, although I'd say it's more like 3-star. Cost about the same as the really bad d'Primahotel at CGK terminal 1A, where I've stayed at once last year (never again!). Room was of good size, clean, and nicely decorated. It has small swimming pool on ground floor, which is more like plunge pool, only big enough to cool off not swim in. There was also a teeny weeny tiny gym. The hotel's rooftop bar is actually quite nice though. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle to/ from CGK airport, which was pretty good. Just make sure you book ahead.

According to my friend who stayed overnight, it's recommended. Both in terms of room cleanliness and food which is quite worthy

Strategic location, a hotel with a simple concept but does not reduce the comfort of its guests. Wifi is fast, the bed is very comfortable, the clean sheets and the pillows are comfortable (so much I imagined the sheets and a gray pillow gloves in the photo) The size of the room is not too big, not too small. Fit for Indonesian size. The concept of a unique bathroom (the cabin model and the hot water shower that flows smoothly) No key-card required to turn on the electricity system, so I could leave the room with the AC and the lights kept on. A very recomended hotel for travelers who want to stay at affordable prices and comfortable room facilities

I like to stay at the hotel , its very clean, comfortable, near to living world, broadway , etc. and i’m enjoying breakfast at the hotel, its delicious So i rare 5 star to rhe hotel

1. Comfortibility -Not so comfort, room is small. if u have extra budget i would recommend to choose other hotel. -Bathroom very small like in a tube. Towel small size and thin. Only 1 bar soap is provided, no bottle/liquid soap. we end up bought liquid soap from Aeon mall -No kettle, no iron at all 2. Location -location wise this hotel has a strategic location -5 mins to ICE BSD (concert venue) -around 23k rupiah grab fee from this hotel to ICE BSD -they have mcdonalds next door which is very convenient -if u are foreigner like me, mcd is one of the best choice bcs u can pay using your card 3. Service -service is good and im satisfied with the front staff -u need to prepare 100k rupiah in cash for the deposit -only 1 keycard is provided per room, so if u and your partner want to go out to different location, its a bit hard as they have no extra keycard for each room 4. Breakfast buffet -overall satisfied with the food -they have fruits, soup, fried mee etc as a conclusion what i can say, this is really really a budget hotel so if u dont mind with the room condition then its fine. i paid around 1 million rupiah for 2 nights, i guess i can get a better hotel with this price around BSD. extra tips: if u are also attending programme or concert in ICE BSD, the best hotel would be hotel santika ICE bcs its located inside the ICE itself. next choice would be any hotel that is 1-2km from ICE bcs u can walk to the venue. if all of these are fully booked, then just take any hotel in BSD, dont bother about the distance anymore bcs if more than 3km u need to take a grab already, its not very safe walking there. i would highly recommend to book a 4 or 5 star hotel if u want a comfort and pleasant stay in BSD.

When i stay in santika, i expect pleasant stay experience and its a premiere santika so it's better.. right? And the answer is NO, when i check in the lobby is good, and the room alley is also good,but when i enter my room, the room is extremely old,dirty,moldy and dark, so i complaint and the room is better than before but still awful.. I cant believe its a premiere 4 star santika hotel.. There's no other room available so they offer me to upgrade to suite room for Rp. 1.1 jt per night.. and of course i decline, for that kind of money i can stay in way superior and better hotel than this terrible hotel.. Another detail, the breakfast is average, the swimming pool is small and no shaded waiting area, the gym is small, crampy, and awful and separated into 2 tiny area.. Don't stay in this hotel at all cost !!

beautiful hotel with excellent facilities yet in a location that is not good for walks. The highway can be a bit noisy too -- otherwise all was great. the breakfast buffet was nicely done with just enough of the right foods. well worth it to include in your stay. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough for a single traveler.

Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.

The location is good. Not far anywhere. Service is just b. But there is no negative, so it's ok. The Kamsr thinks clean but the amenities are lacking. But it's worth the price wkwkwkwk. So sip it:3.

The hotel is very new, the facilities are perfect, the swimming pool is not big, but the water is very clean. The attitude of the service staff is very good, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the best choice in Jakarta.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. This hotel is really bad. When i first came in, the bed sheet is dirty with some yellow stain and blood stain. The my daughter want to go swimming and i reach for their towel, and the towel stink like some wet foot. I complaint to the receptionist and they said the cleaning service will come and help cleaning it again. They came with a big trolley full of dirty bed sheet, because from the whole trolley, all the new bed sheet have a stain or some dirt in it. They said the laundry is awful and pl i believe them. They have to take extra from the office or whatever and still there is no clean bed sheet. I came to the point to ask this lady who looks like the manager or the the head of the cleaning team, is there any other guest who complained about this awfully dirty bed sheet, i mean how could you operate a hotel with no clean bed sheet and white towel??? for some reason she said NO one complaint. ok that mean from her perspective my complaint is just not normal. At first i already settled with the fact that it was the laundry problem who gave them bad work but now, i think the hotel is the one who didn't know what is a clean hotel. The room doesn't have any hairdryer and no refrigerator as well. The bathroom showerhead is damage and dirty too. There's mold everywhere. I proof it with some picture.
