Friendly staff. The hotel is a little old, furniture, bathroom, but it's comfortable! The bed and pillow are comfortable, the shower is good. Breakfast has little variety, but has the essentials. The location is excellent: next to the port and there is a supermarket nearby.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay is Junior suite room located on 3rd floor. The room enjoys great views of port, sea and square from a very large double balcony. Spacious and comfortable room with separate bedroom and lounge area. The suite has 2 air conditioning units, separate bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was good and large choice offered. You can enjoy breakfast in their clique Central Cafe bar. Quick and efficient check-in/out. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is a return visit too.

Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες/ οικογένειες ως τρία άτομα σε ένα δωμάτιο. Τα δωματια είναι σχετικά ευρύχωρα, κατακάθαρα, χωρίς όμως αναγκαία ηχομόνωση. Ο εξοπλισμός σε τηλεόραση, πρίζες είναι ξεπερασμένος. Το μπάνιο είναι καλό με ακαλαίσθητης πόρτες (χωρίς ηχομόνωση επίσης). Λείπει μαλακτικό μαλλιών αν και το νερό της Κέρκυρας θεωρείται σκληρό. Το πρωινό είναι καλό και ο υπεύθυνος στην είσοδο τυπικός Έλληνας του τουρισμού, φιλόξενος και φιλότιμος (παλαιός κοπής).Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και κήπος σε συνέχεια με τον χώρο πρωινού. Ο κήπος γενικότερα θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο φροντισμένος και η παιδική χαρά πιο γενναιόδωρη για παιδιά (αλλά είναι αμφίβολο αν αυτή είναι η σκοπιμότητα του ξενοδοχείου). Η πισίνα, καθαρή με όμορφο αν και στενάχωρο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Διαθέτει ναυαγοσώστη! Το μπαρ θυμίζει λίγο πλοίο στη γραμμή Ελλάδα-Ιταλία και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευχάριστο και πολυτελές. Κρύος καφές αδιάφορος. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το εστιατόριο, αλλά πλησίον του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο ούτε για δείγμα. Η εσωτερική σάλα είναι λιτή και καθαρή. Ο χωρίς στάθμευσης επίσης οριακά επαρκής για το μέγεθος επισκεψιμότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν μάλλον χλιαρή και απρόσωπη. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι υποφερτή. Αλλά σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο θέλει σύντομα αναβάθμιση για να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του.

Well, what an utterly fabulous hotel! Very clean accommodation and very friendly, helpful staff. Great pools, great restaurants. The breakfast is just brilliant. We had the deluxe suite with private pool/garden view, but very easily could see the sea (room 111). The private pool is a must as it's great for cooling down in at the end of a hot day. The hotel is perfectly situated on the island in that it's only a short drive (10-20mins) to either Nydri or Lefkada Town (which are both lovely places with great bars and eateries). The mountain villages are also definitely worth a drive to. As an example of how helpful the staff are, I realised that I had forgotten some very important medication. I went to speak to the assistant manager and she was extremely helpful in sorting out a visit to the doctors for me. I honestly can't fault the place. I can be a little cautious of other peoples reviews and don't tend to write them myself, but we had such a great stay at Crystal Waters that I couldn't not write one. Trust me, its worth going. As an aside, Lefkada is a beautiful place, the whole island. It feels more ”cosmopolitan” than the Greece of the 80's. Also, do yourself a favour and book a trip on the ”pirate boat”. It's not a ”kiddy thing” and is definitely worth spending the money on. It's a great day out.

This short three-night trip in Kefu Island was found to be a five-star hotel near the airport because it was inconvenient to bring a baby. It was said that five stars were actually four stars at most. First of all Facilities: The facilities are still relatively complete, the spa three restaurants Japanese restaurant five-star praise, the ingredients are fresh, the service is very warm ❤️ recommended red wine 🍷 absolutely. Including the buffet in the hotel is quite general, Samsung half standard. The public pool is not very clean, the overall greening is not very good, but recommend the Japanese restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, we are very satisfied I paid a five euro tip, in Greece is a lot, but I am very happy to pay.

We have just spent a week in heaven! This hotel has everything! My husband and I booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better week. Everything in the hotel is just amazing! The hotel staff very kindly decorated our room, all nice and pretty. Which we appreciated so much. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, pool and sea room… it never ever got boring. Every morning and every night we looked out and we just fell in love with the view each time. Highly recommend for people to book the Greek Restaurant! It is a set menu and everything we got served was delicious. However, all the food served at the hotel was delicious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner… there are so many options for food. You will not go hungry. We found the best thing was from 10:30/11am, there is a mini food bar serving food all day. There was pizza, salad, yogurt, baguettes and hot desserts. The staff at the hotel are lovely and friendly! They made sure our stay was amazing. They even offer pool side service and table service in the bar. Which was nice as we got to talk to the staff throughout the day. We highly recommend to everyone booking a boat trip. There is a mini business by the beach area. They offer boat taxi’s into Corfu Old Town. Which is beautiful! (There are normal taxis but it’s always nice to do something different) They also offer boat trips and other water activities. The guys that run the business are really nice and accommodating! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. For Adults, Families and Couples We have already said we will return in the future.

In the town centre, near the Venetian castle. The parking lot is often full, but there is a little brother to help you stop somewhere else. The price is cheap, the room is big, the sea view room can watch the sunrise, and the breakfast is good. The elementary school next to it is very lively. At about 8 o'clock, the children started to make trouble. The doll is very cute. I want to hold a few play.

A top tip would be to pay a bit more for a delux room as we did. The room was spacious and a proper 4 star hotel, albeit slightly dated decor. Lovely balcony with views of the marina and the sunrise/set. Good TV with plenty of English language news channels including the BBC as standard. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom, but lacked shower gel! Breakfast was presented well, with some options. But there were very few options for vegetarians and vegans. Surprisingly there was no toaster which should be standard in a Continental Breakfast. It could also be better if the juices were fresh and not cheap concentrated varieties. The rooftop terrace is a plus! Especially during the evening as a place to relax and see the views of Zakynthos town.

I'll go into a little detail here: Food & Drink The evening restaurants (Pacifico & Flow are the a la carte, Omicron is the buffet) are great. Pacifico & Flow especially, really good quality cooking, the tasting menu at Flow was a really good experience. The buffet is a fairly typical buffet to be honest, so don't expect wonders there, although it was nice that they have a selection of nightly changing a la carte main courses you can order also. Drinks were great in all the bars, the cocktail making was good, strong wine list dominated by Greek wines but some from around the world too. With all of these, service was great, just be patient - you're in Greece! Only minor gripe is that there is only one restaurant available for lunch which feels like a missed opportunity to offer some variety. The hotel does the same as many and ”repurposes” it's restaurants / bars during the day, so the reality is that there is three settings, each with a bar/restaurant area despite what names they give everything. We did find a slightly weird nuance at lunchtime, when we ordered wine by the glass it was free-poured and quite generous, to the point that it was far more economical to buy by-the-glass than by-the-bottle, maybe that was just us but I certainly didn't complain! Rooms Some people have moaned about the room size, and I think if you're comparing to a suite in Vegas then yes, these are small. However, if you consider these not a true ”suite” (i.e. with separate rooms for lounge / dining), but instead just consider them hotel rooms, then they are ample and generous for Europe. We had a Pool suite (”executive private pool suite, sea view”) which was nice. The first room we had was in block 3, and at this time of year (late September) the terrace didn't get any sun, so we requested a move and they more than graciously obliged. So we moved to block 6 which personally I think was slightly nicer anyway, and had the sun from 9.30am - 3.30pm. According to other guests we met, the sunset view had the sun all day (again likely time of year dependant). The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. The hotel is not central to Corfu Town but you can get there in 20 minutes on foot. the hotel does not have its own beach but right in front of the hotel there is a descent to the sea where you can swim but it is not a real beach. A 3-minute walk away is the mon repose beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 28 euros) it is a quiet beach equipped with bathroom, showers and bar. The hotel has very nice common areas but the rooms are tiny and badly maintained, we booked for 10 days and the room was so small that we didn't have room for our suitcases, I asked for a bigger room but they replied that they were all the same, I pointed out that they were completely different from the rooms advertised on the site and they replied that those were old photos. The non-existent cleaning, in 10 days they never swept or mopped the floor in the room, often even the bathroom was dirty after the daily cleaning. They often forgot to leave us shampoo and shower gel and towels on the last day so I had to call and ask to bring what was missing. In short, a constant stress. The curtains and bedspread were dirty and stained. Hygiene was also very poor, in the breakfast room pigeons were flying over the buffet and when I pointed out that it was a hygiene problem I was told that it was a problem they were trying to solve but hadn't managed to solve yet, to apologize that day they gave us free cappuccinos that we had ordered for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room (cappuccinos and espresso coffee are considered extras and cost 3.80 euros ... per day ...) Given my complaints about poor services, non-existent cleaning and non-existent hygiene, they offered us a 15-minute foot massage at the hotel spa, a pity that they offered us this salty gift in the evening and on Monday we had to leave and for Sunday there were no seats… in short, a fool's errand! Upon arrival they did not offer us welcome champagne as they did with other guests. Luckily I speak English because no one speaks Italian (only one guy speaks Italian and he usually works the night shift and is very kind and helpful). The hotel does not have private parking but it is quite easy to park in the immediate vicinity. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an excellent position and has all the credentials to be a truly 4-star hotel but they should be more respectful and attentive to the customer and improve hygiene and cleanliness

Thank you very much everyone, great hospitality, thanks everyone we will be back soon,. Thanks to the kitchen staff we had all we needed for us, even when we asked for things they went OUT of their way with no stess. The recepti staff also was very Kind ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We booked this hotel with Jet 2, first time travelling with them, for 10 night half board.. We had read the reviews and seen photos and decided to book as prime location as we were hiring a car from the airport. We arrived 12:30am due to flight delay, main door was either locked, not working or very slow, had to negotiate luggage through the manual revolving door. Check in was swift, no offer of refreshments, no door man or night porter. Rom was spacious, plenty of hangers, shelving but no drawers for smaller items. We had two single beds pushed together, personally found the mattress too hard with the pillows running a close second. No tea /coffee making facilities. Bathroom in dire need of refit, significant limescale and rust on tiles and around fixtures, stained . broken, cracked grouting and bath seal. However, both the room and bathroom were clean. Pool area well maintained, plenty of comfortable loungers and a very vigilant life guard. Restaurant buffet breakfast, usual offerings, continental , cereals and cooked, hot drinks made to order, staff efficient and polite. We never ate any evening meals so can not comment. On our 6th night, we were woken by unbearable heat in the room, the air con stopped working, we then realised that we had a power cut, the power was back on within 30 minutes of my husband going to reception. Not a disaster but an inconvenience as we were relying on our phones for sat nav as the one in our hire car did not work and we had to wait for our phones to charge, wifi is slow. Our last night we were woken again by the sound of running water, there was a steady stream of water coming out of the spot light in the bathroom. Fully appreciate that there's no maintenance at 3.30 am , we were given extra towels to catch the water. We decided for safety's sake not to switch the lights on in the morning. Overall impression, a tired and very dated hotel that needs an upgrade. On a positive note, the views are stunning, especially sunrise and the location is spot on.

Honestly, one of the best views from a room ever! The hotel is amazing! Located half an hour's walk from the airport. If you want to take a walk, then you can safely walk and look at the non-tourist streets of the city. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel has a cat called Lazarus, who has his own Instagram account. In general, the hotel, staff, location are beyond praise.

However, if you consider these not a true ”suite” (i.e. with separate rooms for lounge / dining), but instead just consider them hotel rooms, then they are ample and generous for Europe. We had a Pool suite (”executive private pool suite, sea view”) which was nice. The first room we had was in block 3, and at this time of year (late September) the terrace didn't get any sun, so we requested a move and they more than graciously obliged. So we moved to block 6 which personally I think was slightly nicer anyway, and had the sun from 9.30am - 3.30pm. According to other guests we met, the sunset view had the sun all day (again likely time of year dependant). The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. The hotel is on the hill. There is a shuttle bus to the town and the beach, but it depends on their time. The hotel is a bit of a sense of age. We booked a private pool suite but the pool was a bit dirty and there were corpses of bugs in it and there was no water. The room was generally ok. Dinner and breakfast were included but the dishes and taste were not good. There were only lazy ones in the hotel Big dog and a few cats like to follow you. When checking in, I explained a lot of things in detail. There is a free airport pick-up and dinner. You can't wear revealing clothes and drinks are charged separately. Overall it's ok!

The hotel is located in the town square of Zakynthos. Standing on the balcony overlooking the town square, the hotel facilities are relatively old. The next morning after check-in, the water was cut off due to a breakdown, and the service was good.

Just returned from a week's all-inclusive holiday at Cavo Orient. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit apprehensive about the accommodation, food and service but we found it all to be fantastic. We stayed in a family room with a private pool in the Annex. This is about a 5 min walk away from the main hotel complex/pool/beach. We personally preferred this as it was very peaceful and we enjoyed the walk through the olive trees in the evenings. If you don't want to walk it, you just call to reception and they send a private car within 2 minutes! The accommodation was really lovely. It had a double bed and 2 single beds with dividing doors. Great for a bit of privacy for the teenagers! The private pool was such an amazing addition with sea views and Kefalonia in the distance. The room was cleaned and beds made every day, without fail. Water in the fridge replenished, toilet rolls, bins emptied etc. Room had tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, robes and slippers. Even a bottle of wine on arrival! (Bring bottle opener though!) The main hotel was lovely. Pool was warm, loads of sun loungers at all times. The beach was gorgeous. Clear, warm waters and my partner even snorkelled with a turtle! Location was perfect for us, out of the way of the tourist areas and lovely and peaceful. There was a supermarket at the top of the hill which was handy for buying snacks, extra bits and bobs. The hotel food was absolutely amazing. We've been to a few all inclusive hotels and this definitely had the best quality and selection of food. Too much really! Definitely put on a few pounds! The all-inclusive drinks were to be as expected. The beer was quite weak and the cocktails made from the pre-made mixers. Only improvement on this front would be to include better cocktails for the all-inclusive guests. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and couldn't do enough to help and make us feel welcome and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.

This hotel is very good, including dinner, until 10 o'clock in the evening, a lot of trouble. On the way to pick up the car from the car rental agency, the uncle of the car rental agency asked us where we live. After we talked about it, he said ”very good choice”. The hotel is very clean, and across the restaurant is the beach, where the kids are very happy. Recommend friends who bring children to Zha Island to stay. Just listen to the side of the road at the door. The whole Zakynthos feels clean and tidy. This impression starts from the arrival of the airport. The airport is spotless, very new and very clean. This hotel is very cost-effective, and the waiters are also very good. One thing to remind, this hotel’s breakfast, fried eggs and sausages are per capita, and the waiter will come up and ask you what you want to eat after you are seated. You need to know a little English. Choose the same from the options she provides, free of charge. Yes, don’t get me wrong. Ah, I miss the days there.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. It’s like a little oasis! Our (very spacious) room was tucked away above the spa, where it was very quiet. They kindly gave us a free room upgrade, so we had a huge in-room hot tub which was a nice surprise! And the balcony was the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The pool area was lovely, with comfy loungers/beanbags and lots of greenery. And the QR codes make it easy to order drinks or snacks straight to your sun lounger. The spa was also great, and you can book the pool/sauna for just the two of you, which is a nice touch. We booked half-board and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and you can also order a dish from the menu at no extra cost. I was very impressed by the evening buffet. I find that buffet dinners can be hit-and-miss, but everything was delicious, especially the Greek dishes. There was also live music by the bar on a couple of nights, which added a really nice atmosphere. Special shout-out to the evening bartender who made the most fantastic cocktails! We also ate at the Nobile rooftop restaurant one evening. We had the seven-course tasting menu which was very nice, but there was quite a lengthy gap between the courses. We were there over three hours – had we known it would be that long, I think we probably would have booked an earlier table. But it was a great experience nonetheless, and the food was wonderful. The final word goes to go to the staff, who were amazing. The reception team, the porter, the waiting staff, the spa team – everyone was so friendly, smiley, and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d definitely recommend Contessina Suites for a chilled-out break; we had the best time.
