I have been visiting the Deli at the Oro Verde for several years and the service is always the best, Carlos is a person that serves with passion and is totally committed to making your experience more pleasant. The whole staff in the Deli are exceptional, there are times when it is understaffed and you have to wait a little longer for me this is aceptable.

First time there was a girl named Catherine that was in The restaurant service was excellent and she sure knows I’ll make a cappuccino è un espresso Then the Was Angelo Front desk That the service was excellent also another girl at the front desk Andreina She was from Venezuela and was really excellent service I should call it meant service also I’ll show the maids upstairs did phenomenal job my room I would recommend this hotel to anyone and very costly efficient thank you again
