Best thing is the location, it’s close to the cities main train station so you can move around freely, the room is good for the price, bathroom is missing some towels but hey it’s alright

The hotel is located near the train station so it's very convenient. The down side is the room is not very clean and they do not have slippers when I asked the front desk. Staff at the front desk are nice and friendly. Overall a great stay.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

A very pleasant experience with amazing buffet breakfast for a low price. The staff are friendly and accommodating and agree to my request to change rooms even after I checked in in a room already. The rooms are very quiet and with air conditioning which is really pleasant for summer night.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the Dresden Palace, and is very convenient for sightseeing. It is only two or three hundred meters away. You have to go to the parking lot next to it to park your car. It is not very convenient until you ask the front desk. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The room I booked was cheap, so there was no view, but the room was quite big, the bed was big, very soft, the pillow was a bit thin and soft. The room also has a refrigerator coffee machine and slippers, which is really good. The price is not done, the price is super good, it is very recommended.

The found a clean room before check-in! The hostel itself, is in a beautiful older building right next to the station. The room was spacious, but no air on so my room window remained open and it is next to a major roadway. The laundry was a bit complicated and you have to beat the mining breakfast rush for food before 8am. All in all, a great sty for 3 nights and the staff was super helpful!

The hotel is very centrally located and has a tram stop right in front of the door. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the Frauenkirche and a shopping center next door. The staff are nice and happy to help. The beds are nice and the shower is big. Cleanliness was much better than in other hotels and the price is absolutely okay.

We were there during the trade fair, which was unfortunately a bit limiting. Breakfast was moved to an area that wasn't as inviting as the actual room! That was a shame considering the price, as it's all about the atmosphere and feeling. The location is great, a great view of the Dresden skyline. The rooms were clean and tidy! As far as the staff were concerned, there were quite a few young, unsure-looking waiters, we think they were just being trained. Accordingly, I don't want to give a rating on that, everyone has to start somewhere :) an overall successful stay with a few minor drawbacks!

Came by car and only stayed one night. Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate the environment. The room was pretty good. I left a thin down jacket while eating on the first floor late at night, but I couldn’t find it back... We left just after closing time, so it’s impossible to turn over the table🤔

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Location is just across the hbf, though a little walking is needed. Breakfast was ok, but not too extensive . No machine coffee available . Reception was friendly and helpful, but can get slow due to many guests at the same time. It’s not actually a Marriott hotel level as other countries.

The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

The environment is very good, the place is very quiet, and it is a very cost-effective youth hostel. The open kitchen is well equipped and suitable for cooking. The room is large and well decorated. Not bad.

A great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated. We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

The room was very poor, the room type was weird, the TV and the bed were parallel, and the wardrobe was directly topped at the bathroom door. The hotel as a whole is an old hotel in a third-tier city to repair the facade. I don't know how so many praises came from. The service is very poor. When you check in at the front desk, you should pay attention to it. There is a small sign on the inconspicuous side that says: The default guest does not need cleaning service, so if you need to change the bath towel and plan the room, please ask it at the front desk. This feeling is a bit of an invisible consumption trap. Then I asked for cleaning service, and the next morning cleaning came knocking at 8:30, speechless. The attitude of the front desk is also very general. If you don't propose it, you will not take the initiative to give you a city map and introduce the surrounding area. In short, very disappointed and will not go again. The city itself is good, the surrounding environment is very good, the small zoo is very comfortable to stroll around, and the food is delicious.
