The hotel is really near (direction: turn right when getting to the main walkway inside the train station n one can see the big sign to get to the hotel)the Frankfurt main railway  making it so easy to get to with our large luggages.  Its location is great, accessible to eateries as well as the supermarket.  We received a nice welcome from the front desk staff with a nice and clean room. Liked the design on the wall which showed a map of the Frankfurt city with the hotel. Probably, the only downside is the WIFI that is weak at certain spots in the room.

Nice basic hotel with all the basic amenities. The location is a bit far from shops and restaurants but definitely good for a trips requiring privacy. The breakfast is ok with a variety of items to choose from. Unfortunately, I can't say same for the dinner. So I recommend eating elsewhere before arriving at the hotel. The staff are very nice and very co-operative.

Very good location and breakfast was good too. Comfortable stay and spacious room. Able to clean milk bottles and breast pump easily, as its equiped with kitchen for cooking, microwave, fridge with freezer. Very satisfied. If they include free parking would be even better.

It takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.

I visited Frankfurt during the ACHEMA exhibition. All the hotels were expensive and Hilton city was expensive too, but it was more reasonable compared to the other hotels. No problem reaching Messe in the morning. Like the part behind the hotel. Most of the staffs were kind(front desk, DFAC) but the staffs on the Bar were below average. Anyhow, really enjoyed the stay!

Was just here for a layover. Charming place, it was comfortable. Over all good for the price. Windows very thin... Was awoken at 4:30 AM by some sports fans yelling and screaming in excitement for their team winning. I just got off a 12 hour flight and was headed on another 9 hour flight the next day so rather needed my rest. Bed was very comfortable Also I highly disapprove of the 2 in 1 body wash and shampoo 👀

Very friendly service, good location near Terminal 2 (about 1 km), very clean and room quite spacious. Great that they have snacks and drinks for sale 24/7, only downside is that they don’t have a shuttle to the airport anymore. But all in all a good deal!
