"The location in Malina/El Poblado is, of course, excellent for any establishment. That being said, I felt that for its price range, this hotel was more style over substance. While everything is modern and designed to look elegant, the overall impression is rather cramped. For example, the rooftop pool is very small. If there are 10 people there, it starts to get uncomfortable, unless you're looking for a party – but there are better hotels for that. The room itself was very cramped, with limited counter space and a lack of storage. At least there was hot water! :-) It was also extremely noisy. You could hear TVs, music, voices, and singing from other rooms. And the ventilation system in the hallway hummed constantly, as if someone was vacuuming through the corridors non-stop."

"It can be said that it is Colombia's favorite hotel. The door of the room is under construction, but it is all green plants, the fruit is very rich, the waiter is very patient and enthusiastic, and it is worth coming back to Medellin next time."

"Wonderful stay near the airport. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful grounds and peacocks. Take a dip in the pool and relax. Perfect getaway!!! Upgrade to a super king room for $35 and check out is 3 pm with complementary VIP room from 3-9. So worth it!"

"The hotel is located in a safe location, el Pobalado. The suite is very spacious and has two bathrooms. The toiletries are changed every day. The staff is also very enthusiastic. The hotel's dinner is also good."

"[Pros] This hotel has a gym, sauna, and outdoor pool. All are freely available to guests, and they were always well-cleaned and in working order.   The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating in English when I checked in or had any questions. [Cons] Amenities like toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and razors were not provided in the rooms. Only soap, shampoo, and shower gel were provided.   The Wi-Fi in the rooms was unstable at times, causing interruptions when watching videos. However, it worked fine near the front desk."

"Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable."

"Good hotel in the heart of Medellin Provenza. What a great focus is noise load. If you come to party and late then this is the best hotel. You love to sleep between 2300 and 02.30 hours and have trouble with music sounds etc then this hotel is not for you."

"The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)"
