Room is spacious and new. Voice controlled AI for lightings, blinds and TV. The air humidifier is such a bonus! Lots of street food available just steps away - fruits, naans, xinjiang cuisine, mutton skewers, oily rice, etc. Most importantly, it's just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar!

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation, just across the wall from the West District of Kashgar Ancient City. The room is clean and hygienic, the bed is tidy and comfortable, and the facilities are complete and useful. Overall the experience was great.

This place has the soul of Uyghur people. The round bread you can have next to the hostel is incredibly delicious. The whole road is where the Uyghur people lives. The city center has very different vibes. We had a good time taking a tour of Turpan with the driver the hostel organized. The weather got too cold in the desert area so we could not stay longer here. I hope to come back here in my life. Just one thing, some trains coming to Turpan is very early in the morning. It would be nice if the reception could open earlier in certain days.

The hotel location is fine. The hotel staffs were nice. And the room is clean. Just when showering always found out that no matter how we close the door , water still leaked outside. Only stay here one night that was not a big deal.

I had a great stay at Urumqi Global International Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was infected by the warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff not only checked me in quickly, but also caringly. I felt a little dry, and the humidifier was installed quickly. The manager Xiao Fang was very enthusiastic and professional. The location is also very advantageous, with many dining and entertainment venues around, and convenient travel. The gym is fully equipped and the swimming pool is clear. Overall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

Stayed for a few hours in Urumqi during transit. The hotel room has obvious local characteristics. I like this heavy feeling. There are fewer service staff at night. The airport pick-up brother is very enthusiastic and friendly. I don’t know where the unfriendly comments in the comments area came from, which made me wear tinted glasses at first. The security uncle is also very good and friendly. The front desk service is very punctual when calling in the morning.

enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet. we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel. the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

We came here before the peak season of Nalati and chose this homestay which is 3 kilometers away from the scenic spot. The location is quiet in the bustling area, surrounded by gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants, not facing the street, and has a view of the grassland. The management was generally cold but the workers helpful. The hotel is well maintained, esp the flowers and garden. The location is good and next to a grassland. The food and coffee are good. each unit has got a glass window above the bed for stars watching, but the glass is covered with a layer of dust.

The hotel still has a bit of smell, no breakfast, and a fat waiter with a very bad attitude asked us to cancel the Ctrip room and buy a new one at the front desk. I have been visiting this hotel since 2015 and have stayed here around 7-8 times. Every time I've visited, I've had a wonderful experience. Last week, I visited again, but this time the experience was not as great. I booked online, and upon arrival, I was directed to the nearest building, called Zhong-ba Building, which I was unaware is part of Qinivake Hotel. While the room was acceptable, the lobby and corridors had an unpleasant smell. This was the first time I faced such an issue, having stayed here many times before. The main building’s rooms and facilities are excellent, and I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future—but I will definitely avoid the Zhong-ba Building

The parking lot is just across the street, and the entrance to the scenic area is not very deep. The house is very conveniently located in the scenic area. I liked it before I even entered the door. This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Got back to Kashgar after traveling around in the region …I really enjoyed it! And always nice if a familiar hotel and staff are there ready to help you settle comfortably… I stayed in this hotel before. Friendly helpful staff! And a great location right next to the peoples square with a statue of chairman Mao overlooking looking the peoples square and park.. A short and pleasant walking distance to the old town and other attractions.. easy to get taxis and public transport. A big warm hug 🤗 to all the staff for their help and friendliness… big smiles and happy faces… and costumer care!

In Tashi County, such conditions should be acceptable. I didn't give it five stars because I think there is still a lot of room for improvement. The location of this hotel is the best it can get in the heart of the old town..the staff is very friendly and helps as good as the can although communication in English can be a little difficult. For the very low price I was surprised of the good cleanliness. Highly recommend this hotel for budget solo travelers or couples.
