Hotel near Lobrinka,Lhasa
Lhasa Shangri-La seems to be endowed with a magical perspective that allows you to take in the majesty of the Potala Palace through the window pane without leaving your home. At a straight line distance of only 1.4 kilometers, this close proximity makes every brick, every tile, every ray of morning light and sunset of the Potala Palace a unique landscape painting during your stay. Just a short five-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach Lopblingka, the former summer residence, the perfect place to explore the beauty of art and nature.

"Many people, myself included, often debate between the St. Regis and the Shangri-La, as both hotels in Beijing are quite unremarkable. Ultimately, I chose the Shangri-La for its value for money. I had considered Songtsam too, but common sense told me to be a smart spender. Although the hotel shows its age, its architectural style is grand and refined, revealing luxurious material choices. Time has inevitably left its mark, but a classic car, even when old, is still a classic car. Moreover, service and quality require time to accumulate and withstand market scrutiny. While the Shangri-La may not have many existing locations, it still holds a strong market advantage, and it takes an discerning eye to appreciate it. My butler, Bowen, arranged my room before I even arrived. Looking out the window at the Potala Palace's silhouette in the distance immediately set the mood. He then meticulously delivered on all aspects of my package. I found Bowen to be a man of few words but very steady, highly responsive, and an exceptionally smooth driver. He never asked inappropriate or subjective questions, which I truly appreciated. Over three days, Bowen's accompaniment added a unique dimension to my Lhasa itinerary. Among the few Tibetans I've encountered, he was a definite plus. I sincerely wish him all the best in his work! The Shangri-La in Lhasa lives up to its brand's standards and enhances the reputation of its sister properties. I'm so glad I made the right choice; this will be a memorable and wonderful travel experience."

"Staying at the Songtsam Bamei Lhaka Hotel was an amazing encounter with nature and warmth. My Snow Mountain Lake View Suite had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a direct view of the sacred Basongcuo Lake. The water was like a mirror, reflecting the snow-capped mountains, and the morning light pierced through the clouds, painting the lake surface like a moving masterpiece unfolding right outside my window. The hotel's private pier lay peacefully by the lake, providing exclusive, undisturbed views of the stunning sunrise and sunset. The ******* butler offered hot ginger tea and a Hada, which felt like a genuine welcome, not just a formality. An oxygen concentrator was promptly delivered to my room, instantly easing my altitude sickness worries. The rich ******* breakfast in the morning, paired with a heartwarming tremella soup in the evening, showed thoughtful attention to every detail. The entire room had comfortable floor heating, and the latex mattress provided excellent sleep. Outside, the starry sky and morning mist alternated, making even breathing feel lighter. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for the soul amidst the ******* mountains and waters."

We drove 2 hours to get here after going to the Kawagebo Observation Deck the day before. We had a delicious dinner directly at the hotel restaurant, tasted red wine, and soaked in hot springs. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, and the staff were patient and enthusiastic. It was really a five-star experience! We also made an appointment to visit the winery the next day, and the lady in picture 6 took us there, with professionalism👍👍👍"

"Facilities: The facilities are complete, with both a washing machine and a dryer. Cleanliness: Very clean, the hotel is very new. Environment: Known as ”Little Jiangnan,” the scenery around the hotel is beautiful, the air is good, and the altitude is low. Service: The service here is better than any five-star hotel I've stayed in for years, truly. I drove the Sichuan-Tibet and Xinjiang-Tibet routes, staying in hotels every day, and the service at this hotel was so exceptional that even my kids and husband told me before we even left that I absolutely had to give them a good review. The location is excellent, close to the holy lake and convenient for cycling around it. You get a great view of Mount Kailash from anywhere in the hotel. We stayed in a suite, which had a hot spring bath with rose petals in the room – the water temperature was just right and very comfortable. The shower had great pressure, was very comfortable, and the temperature was stable. We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly warm, helpful, and went out of her way for us, even helping with our luggage. They offer free ******* clothing for photo ops, and she enthusiastically helped us put them on. The public dishes were a bit bland for my taste as I love spicy food, so the owner specially stir-fried a chili pork dish for us and didn't even charge for it. It was incredibly delicious, and I was very touched. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If it weren't for our schedule, we really would have loved to stay a few more extra days. It was truly a treat. Many thanks to the front desk lady and the owner.

🏠Bomi Songtsam Linka Hotel is located on the edge of Guxiang Lake. The location is quite good. Unfortunately, during the dry season, the water level of Guxiang Lake is too low. If the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains opposite and next to it are clearly visible and very beautiful😊. 🌧️The weather was not good on the day of arrival, so the hotel warmly provided hot towels, biscuits and ginger tea; you can get free postcards at the front desk, which are all pictures of Linzhi scenery. You can entrust the hotel to mail them for one yuan postage; luggage will be collected There are staff who help deliver the food to the room, so you don’t need to do it yourself; the hotel also provides afternoon tea, but unfortunately I missed it because I was busy checking out the attractions. Evening tea can be delivered to the room, which is the evening after-dinner dessert (white fungus and red bean paste), which is different every day. It's quite delicious, not too sweet. The hotel has a swimming pool. After all, it's on the plateau, so not many people will enjoy it😛. 🍃A group of six people booked a deluxe family room with lake view. The suite has two floors in total, with a large bed room on the first floor. The balcony faces Guxiang Lake and the snow-capped mountains. There are sofas, coffee tables and coffee machines in the hall (can make freshly ground coffee, The quality is good); there are two large bed rooms on the second floor, one is on the same floor, and the other is facing the outdoor corridor of the hotel. The room is too small and cannot fit two suitcases in the room. We can only use the public space to place the suitcases. , more suitable for single occupancy; there is a large long table in the hall on the second floor, with exactly six seats, suitable for a group of friends to eat, drink and chat at night; the two bathrooms in the suite are both three-way separated, and the bathrooms also have heating pads to keep them super warm (prevention and treatment You should catch a cold at night), but there is no warm air in the bathroom (a bit confusing). The bathroom is equipped with a towel drying rack, but the drying area is relatively local, so it is easier to dry it on the radiator in the room. The wooden floor near the washbasin will squeak when walking, which may be related to the local weather😥. 🍜The variety of breakfast is not too rich, but the service is still very good. Because I have to drive every day, I can’t eat too much. I tasted the fried rice noodles on the first day. I wanted to try it again the next day but changed it to fried noodles. I was a little regretful. Yogurt It's quite delicious, but a little too sweet. Their breakfast is generally similar to that of the dinner restaurant, which is lighter and more focused on health. 🏔️The whole hotel is not big, so you can take a walk if you have time. The scenery at sunset is also good. To sum up: the service is very good, the scenery is not bad, except that it is more expensive, there are no other big problems. 😆 🌲There is a spruce forest scenic spot near the hotel. You can book tickets with Ctrip one day in advance. It is suitable for walking. The hiking distance is short, the environment is good, and the scenery is good. If you are interested, you can also go there.
