The room was decently clean and the hotel staff were nice. However, the room is clearly quite old and this negatively impacted our stay. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the windows were left open, and even when closed they did not seal fully, and some cold air still crept in. The veneer of the bathroom cabinets was peeling off completely, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast included was ok. I understand that some parts of the hotel are currently under renovations, so perhaps the quality will improve once those are complete.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The hotel is very well situated. Once you get your bearings, you will find many entrances and exits. We had to locate it in the wee hours of the morning and even the cabby wasn’t quite sure of the location. As the place is right behind the Muslim Quarter, you get the convenience but also all the smell of smoke. Remember to bring a room spray if that bothers you. The front desk staff are not the most helpful, but they do the minimum ☺️ there is a tour desk lady, as convenient as it is, the tours are actually what I learnt to be 拼团 where u end up joining any tour bus she can get u on. Won’t really recommend it. We only did it because the hotel recommended her 🤷🏻♀️ Remember to go up for the view!

Hotel Review: Manxin Hotel, Nanjing My stay at the Manxin Hotel in Nanjing was average overall. While the room was generally fine, there were some noticeable issues. The walls in my room showed damage from moisture, which detracted from the appearance and comfort. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell from the unclean drain, and some basic supplies were not replenished during my stay. On a more positive note, the rest of the experience was satisfactory. The breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel has potential with some improvements to maintenance and housekeeping.The location was definitely great.

The location is superb. The staff are very helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. The quality of the room and beds is excellent. The only major concern I had was with the speed of the internet connection. It was very slow, 3 to 6Mbps, and that did not allow me to attend my online meetings. The breakfast is good but I would have appreciated more varieties. I felt it was limited in terms of choices, so I often skipped it although paid for it.

The room was clean although felt a little dated. My room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The hotel is in a good location if you have a flight early the next morning, although very far from the city.

One of the lowest priced hostel in the city, yet at some sorta hotel level of comfort. Bed is thick and comfy, and cleanliness is superb. In fact they have very awesome double bed room or family room too. Had I known this place earlier, I’d have asked my sister to book here for the entire family. But certainly, smoking in the room could be annoying, but it’s general to entire china and not this hostel coz it’s in the local culture to smoke everywhere they can (including shopping mall). In fact, once I informed the hostel of the issue, they took quick action and put me in another room.

Would like to commend on all the crew team at cafe/restaurant who served us breakfast every morning. Everyone is very courteous, friendly & professional in attending to guests. The greeted with a genuine smile. Big shout to the Team Leader, Ms Yi Gai Li. She represents what a great hospitality means. She greets & always with a smile. The best, she made effort to remember what our likes. She knew from Day 1, I would prefer a little honey with my cereal, the next 4 days she would remember & place a small portion of honey. She is always attentive. Eastern House should be proud to have a model staff in their team. Thank you Eastern House for the consistent great service even after 7 years since I last stayed.

After staying in Xi A for over a week, I don’t particularly recommend staying within the ancient city walls because of the traffic congestion. Yunheyebo was right outside the wall, was walking distance from the most important gate and an excellent base for travel - we avoided many traffic jams here. • Ease of transport - the 永宁门 Yongningmen metro station is a 800m walk away. Private hire didis arrive within 1-2 mins! • Outstanding attention detail from the housekeeping staff - they noticed that we were guzzling down so much water, that they increased the number of bottles of water they gave us (completely free of charge), and this escalated till we were given an entire carton of bottled water on our 4th or 5th day there 😹 Gave us a good laugh, but we are very grateful to the housekeeping staff who took care of Room #10-26 from 1 Sep to 8 Sep 2024. • We received a nice welcome box of desserts, fruits and snacks! I thought a welcome gift would only be given once, but it was refilled everyday! • special shoutout to 盼儿 Pan Er, for the outstanding service throughout our trip. She was extremely responsive and helpful - reminded us that there was free dessert in the evenings, helped us arrange late check out (this was off-peak season so we were in luck, i don’t know if this is possible during the peak period!!), helped us save some dessert when we were out late, etc. Once, I left my hat in a private-hire vehicle, and the driver was coming to the hotel to deliver it while I was not in. 盼儿 Pan Er helped ensure that my hat was sent straight to my room. The young lady working at the concierge on 2 Sep at 11pm to midnight was the biggest reason we extended our stay at this hotel. She definitely convinced us. I wish I knew her name, but thank you for making our trip that much better! • The free airport drop off was very much appreciated, it took the stress of planning an additional item off our shoulders. • Service from all the staff in the hotel was impeccable - from the attendants standing around the lobby, to the bellboys, to the 24/7 concierge, to the housekeeping, to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I’m not disclosing the perks and benefits we got during our trip because I don’t want to set them up for unrealistic expectations 😹 But the staff at this hotel was really extremely nice, accommodating and helpful to all of our requests. • Definitely stay longer so you can explore Xi An at your own pace. AVOID peak periods, national holidays and school holidays if you can! If you’re still deliberating, don’t anymore lol. I was going to give this hotel a very high rate cause the customer service I was in touch was very reliable, typed in English and helped me to get a shuttle bus. The problem was that the shuttle bus has no space for luggages. Which kind of defeats the purpose since this is a hotel that is used for airport transfers which means everyone is going to have lots of luggages. So there is no space to seat and is very dangerous as well to have all these bags in the middle of the way inside the shuttle bus. Either you have a bigger bus or two shuttle bus, but it is not safe the way they do it. Also we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast cause we had to take the shuttle bus at 5:30am.

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

Waiting to pick up at airport quite long The breakfast start too late at 7AM, they should understand why people choose to stay at hotel near airport, cause the flight are early. I am suggest the breakfast can start at 6 AM or they prepare breakfast box, if the guest request when they check in

Environment: Very good Service: Very good Roujiamo is delicious, Shaanxi cold noodles are delicious, Shaozi noodles are delicious, persimmons are delicious, I like every dish I eat, I went to the city wall, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang, the Shaanxi History Museum, the Forest of Steles, the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, took pictures of Tang suits, went to Muslim Street, and went to Huashan... I regret not buying persimmons and pomegranates, Xi'an is very good, I will come next time

I stay at this hotel every year when I take my kids home to visit relatives. I have been staying here since before the epidemic, and it has been three years in a row. The reason for choosing this place is that the room is large and the sanitary facilities are good. It is next to Wanda Plaza and Chaoshi Lane. There is also a row of small shops on the opposite side of the street, which provides a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun. During the May Day holiday, the room type was upgraded for free. It has almost become my second home in Xianyang. There is also a minibar for free drinks. Bingfeng is so refreshing.

The parking service staff is very helpful. If you drive there on the same day, it is very convenient for you to park and pick up the car. The service is okay. During the event season, you can take a walk by the river. It’s just across the road.

Hygiene: The bedding in the house is very clean, and the mattress is soft and comfortable. Environment: Elegant. The bathroom and bedroom in the room are very soundproof. The bathroom is large. In fact, the space in the room is very large. The soundproofing effect is very good. The front desk clerk has a good attitude and answers all questions, which is worthy of praise. Service: There is airport pick-up and drop-off service. After staying in the hotel, you can make an appoin**ent by mobile phone or go to the front desk in person to make an appoin**ent for airport pick-up and drop-off service. The front desk will notify you 20 minutes before your appoin**ent time, so that you can wait at the front desk 10 minutes in advance. There is free good night porridge to drink. The bowl is small, and the porridge is OK. Of course, there is also a buffet breakfast. I left early and had no time to eat. The overall feeling is pretty good. It is the first choice for flying accommodation.

The hotel's main feature is hot spring bathing. Other aspects are indeed a little lacking compared to hotels of the same price, such as the variety of breakfast, the good service attitude, and the good sanitary environment. What's more important is that guests staying at the hotel can enter and exit the hot spring as many times as they want. When they are tired from visiting Yuanjia Village, they can come back and soak in the hot springs. Overall, it's good. I hope the catering service can be better.

The quality of Atour is still very stable, no different from other Atours I stayed in before. It is clean and tidy, and all kinds of facilities are complete in the hotel and in the room. There is a shuttle bus between the terminal and the airport. When you arrive at the airport, call and the driver will pick you up. When you arrive at the hotel, the front desk will ask you if you need to be sent to the airport when you check in, and there will be a wake-up call in the morning. If the departure time is earlier than breakfast, they will also prepare a portable breakfast. Recommended for friends who need to get up early and arrive late.

The highlight was the invaluable assistance in planning my day trip to Mount Huashan, which turned out to be an incredible adventure thanks to Nini's help. Convenient Services The hotel offers convenient pick-up services from the station and the starting point of the hike, making logistics a breeze. Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Gomo Hotel truly enhanced my Mount Huashan experience, and I'm grateful for their support in making my trip memorable.

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service staff is very good. Free parking breakfast is also very good. Going out for shopping, it is very convenient to take a car. The aunt who made breakfast was very good. This may be the best hotel in Huayin City. The room is nice. The front desk lady has a sweet smile and a friendly attitude. She showed me the delicious and fun places in Huayin City. Because of my planning error, the time of going down the mountain from north to west was later than expected, and I might not catch up with the high-speed train returning at night. When I asked the hotel for help, the hotel responded positively and helped. The hotel arranged a driver to take my stored luggage to the tourist center, so that I could get off the bus and take a car directly to the high-speed rail station. Finally, I caught up with the return high-speed rail. I believe that if it weren't for the help of the hotel, it would be difficult for me to catch this high-speed train. Thank you again!

The room is very good and has a balcony. The lady at the front desk arranged a view room for us. When we opened the window, we could see the lake and Huashan behind. It looked magnificent. The location of this room is really good. I recommend staying here. When we checked in at the front desk, the three staff members at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They carefully and patiently guided us to the breakfast location and hot springs, and introduced us to the local food and attractions of Huashan. I give a thumbs up to the service attitude and professionalism of the front desk. I have been to Shaanxi and stayed in several star-rated hotels. The service of this hotel made me feel comfortable. Thanks again to Xiao Liu and Xiao Meng at the front desk, as well as the tall lady for their warm reception. I hope to meet them again next time I come.

This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

We came down from the West Peak at around 11pm, and the boss personally drove to the visitor center to pick us up. The hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. We loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports. This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.
