Before my arrival, the butler proactively contacted me, thoughtfully sending check-in tips including the room's Wi-Fi password, meal times and locations for all three meals, and even sent the restaurant menu in advance for our reference. What's more, they meticulously organized a travel guide for Water Yadan, truly considering every aspect.
During my stay, no matter what questions I had, the butler always responded promptly and patiently. Their quick responses throughout made all the difference, and their attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. Being in the vast and desolate Gobi, I was initially worried about various inconveniences on the journey. However, thanks to the butler's meticulous and thoughtful service, all my concerns melted away, making us feel completely at ease in the wilderness.
The camp's scenery is absolutely stunning, and the views of Water Yadan are breathtaking. At night, you can even see a sky full of brilliant stars. But what impressed me most was the butler's genuine attentiveness – it wasn't just a procedural reception, but rather a focus on understanding and anticipating the guests' needs from their perspective. This was a truly healing and unforgettable journey through the Northwest wilderness. I highly recommend it! "Before starting our Loop Line tour, we chose the Sanyu Hotel for our stay in Xining and had a great experience. So, upon returning to Xining after the tour, we decided to stay at Sanyu again.
The front desk lady was sweet and enthusiastic. The welcome snacks and local yogurt were delicious, especially the yogurt with its fragrant milk skin.
Our room on the 23rd floor offered a wide-open view. Not far away, there was a morning market by the river, perfect for pretending to be a local and enjoying a leisurely stroll.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the room had good soundproofing.
For breakfast, there were some local specialty foods, and I even tried half a bowl of ******* savory milk tea, which was quite good.
Overall, it was great, and I recommend it!"

"Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby making dining convenient, and there's an airport shuttle stop right outside. The higher floors offer a panoramic view of the city's nightscape, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my last stop in Xining before flying home. However, on the second day, breakfast was a bizarre experience. They had simply set up a few tables with food in the second-floor hallway, and strangers were squeezed together at large round tables to eat. It was incredibly awkward. There were only two or three unresponsive servers who showed no service awareness. On the third day, we were informed that breakfast had returned to the first-floor restaurant, and the food and environment were finally up to a normal hotel standard. Since my flight was in the afternoon, I called the front desk and was granted a late check-out until 3 PM, which shows the hotel's consideration for guests and good service. This is also why I gave a higher rating."

"I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining."
