We had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The design & style of this hotel is amazing. Modern and clean Ioved it. The smell is amazing in the lobby, except for the mall shop by the stairs where the owner smokes inside (which is very common in China). The staff are nice and helpful to take your bags & help you to reception. The is no English at all so if you don’t speak Chinese you will be lost. Their is also face recognition to open your door to your room but they do that for me (don’t know why). Check in was very easy! And so quick considering they were so busy when I checked in and also I am foreign. The room was so nice and I was on the top floor with a nice view. However some things I would recommend for the room is (1) add a cupboard. There was only a small hanger on I hang my clothes (no cupboard or drawers). (2) Why doesn’t the TV connect to wifi? If this can happen the experience will be much better. Such a nice smart tv but you can mirror your phone to the TV cause there no wifi in the TV. Other than these small things, it was a very pleasant stay. Nice location with covid testing opposite (50m). Also, rooms were like 95% sound proof which is better than any room I’ve been at in china. Makes for a super comfortable experience.

I can not praise this hotel enough, it is FANTASTIC! First of all, when I made my booking, a lovely lady (Tang?) connected with me on Wechat. She gave me lots of information, answered all my questions and helped to plan our itinerary. She also offered to purchase our tickets for the National Park in advance. As it turns out, you can no longer do this, but the offer was very nice and thoughtful. When we arrived at the airport, I phoned her and she helped to direct the taxi driver from the airport to the hotel. Check-in was easy and she helped us both get the local QR health codes, which you need to access everywhere in the National Park. The hotel itself is beautiful. Located near the top of the mountain, 5-10 minute walk away from the south gate to the park itself (and a much quieter entrance than both the east and south-east gates). We had a room overlooking the hotel entrance, with a mountain view (everywhere up there is a mountain view!). It was large, clean, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I had read other reviews about the hardness of the bed, but ours was super comfortable (Room 8207). Great TV too, with a good choice of programmes. Believe me, after a long day of hiking, it was nice to put our feet up and just unwind. Tea, coffee, water and fruit are provided (coffee has creamer in it, so if you don't drink milk, bring your own). There is also a lovely swimming pool - we had a refreshing swim one evening after a long hike, surrounded by the spectacular view. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can get evening meals - we are vegan and so Tang helped us to choose vegetable dishes, which were delicious. There is also breakfast included. For us, the choice wasn't so great, but if you do not have any special dietary requirements, there are noodles, bao, sausage, egg, vegetables & fruit. The hotel is great, but I have to say that it is the kind, friendly treatment by everyone there that makes it very special. Each day, Tang would ask us our plan and show us the best route on the map. She also arranged for someone to drop us off and pick us up when we ventured to a different gate. We speak no Chinese at all, and English at the hotel is limited, but with the help of a translation app, we had no problems at all. And the friendliness of everyone is almost overwhelming. I highly recommend this hotel and would DEFINITELY stay here again. *Small note - if you suffer from travel sickness (as I do!) be warned that this area is full of winding mountain roads, so take some sort of medication or treatment with you.

Perhaps one of the best homestay I have ever stay in China! The overall service was excellent. Mr Li, the boss of the homestay personally picked me from the airport. Being a foreigner, there is a problem in retrieving the Zhangjiajie health code, fortunately I managed to get it sorted out by the airport security. Mr Li called me several times as he was wondering if I gave any issue since all passengers have existed the airport and there is no sight of me coming out. We drove around 30 minutes to the homestay. As it was rather late when I arrived, Mr Li asked if I needed any dinner and will get his colleague to prepare for me. Upon arrival at the homestay, I was greeted by Ms Xiao Liu, a young pretty girl who patiently explain about the walking route for several sightseeing places. She was knowledgeable and the information given to me was very clear. What I particularly like was the energy saving, as the staircase up to my room is installed with sensor control and lit-up as soon as there is movement. My room was upgraded to a higher category which was very spacious with a bathtub and lounging area at the balcony. The room was simple but well decorated. Great views overlooking the mountain. As it was snowing the day before I arrived, the sofa was covered with snow. The next day I had breakfast at another building. The breakfast venue was located next to the swimming pool. Breakfast was simple with a nice bowl of hot noodles during the winter. The ladies that worked behind the kitchen offered me fried egg to go along with my noodles. After my breakfast, Mr Li drove me to the Wulingyuan National Park entrance which is less than 10 minutes ride. After my excursion, Mr Zhao the manager of the homestay, fetched me back to the homestay. I ordered some dumplings and it was yummy. Ms Xiao Li made me a cup of tea to go with the dumplings. My room was cleaned upon my return. Hygiene was good and housekeeper did a get job. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were a little soft for me. The only setback was the lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough when applying make-up. As my flight was in the evening, Mr Zhao fetch me to the Tianmen tourist centre as I would like visit the Tianmen mountain before my departure. I had a fabulous stay and the service offered by everyone was excellent. I will definitely return again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.

My friend and I stayed here when we were visiting the Zhangjiajie National Park. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the park's Eastern enterance which is super convienient. From the Eastern Entrance, you can catch the free bus to access Tianzi Shan, you can also take the Bailongshan Elevator that will take you to the most famous view points, including the First Bridge under Heaven and the Hallajuah Mountain. If you plan your routes well, it is possible to see all the different parts of the park by entering from the Eastern Enterance. The hotel itself is clean and has a friendly atmosphere -- we both felt very safe and welcome. There is a breakfast place just 20m down the street and plenty of options of places to eat during the evening, so you don't need to worry about being able to find food. There is also a small night market in the evenings where you can buy fruit and street food. The hotel can store your luggage for you so you don't need to worry about carrying it when you go hiking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about using the Zhangjiajie Eastern enterance.

The service is definitely impeccable. The staff are very nice, enthusiastic and helpful. But to be honest, the hardware of the room is indeed not good. First of all, the room should not be 25-30 square meters, but about 15-18 square meters, which is relatively small. After putting the bed, there is not even an area for a table and chairs. Secondly, there are a lot of scratches or various dirty marks on the wall. There are some human waste on the wall behind the head of the bed. The stairs to get on and off the bed are also very dirty with a lot of food crumbs. Maybe I am more clean and sensitive. Third, there is no waterproof seal in the bathroom shower room... Although the store said that the water on the floor of the bathroom is not a big deal because there is a floor drain, it is very slippery. We slipped with our children and it was a bit dangerous. Finally, the sound insulation is relatively poor. The children living next door may have poor upbringing at the time. They kept watching TV and yelling at more than 12 o'clock in the morning. Later, the clerk said that they told their mother, but it seemed to be useless. My husband was so angry that he went over to tell them to stop. In general, I am really grateful to the store, but the hardware of the room does make me feel that it may not be worth the price. Thank you to the lady at the front desk and the brother who picked us up

This is a MUST stay hotel if you are going to Tian Men Shan. The walking distance is 5mins away from the entrance! The room is clean and we love staying here! However, if you are going without tourist guide, then better don’t join any in Zhang Jia Jie. At first we were paying the counter (tourist guide in the hotel) a deposit to buy the entrance ticket, but when we back to hotel after lunch, the person said they couldn’t proceed our ticket and want us to pay everything in full first. Then we immediately request to took back our money and go by ourselves

I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and pristine cleanliness here! The room is impeccably clean, and the toiletries provided are of top-notch quality. Our experience at the laundry room was fantastic. Not only were detergents provided for free, but the cleaner also went above and beyond to help us clean and dry our clothes. And the thoughtful gesture of receiving our clothes along with a night snack when we returned from our travels truly warmed our hearts. With its convenient location just 5 minutes away from the cable car station, it's undeniable that this is the perfect place to stay.

Gavin's service is very good. It's my first time staying at the Ramada Hotel. I feel very good. The five-star service is first-class. The hotel is equipped with a gym and a laundry room, as well as a dryer. The surrounding geographical location is excellent and the environment is beautiful. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.
