I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its exceptional service, prime location, and welcoming staff. Early on, the hotel reached out to ask if I needed assistance. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about their motivation, but I decided to take them up on their offer and asked for help purchasing four tickets each for Tianmenshan Park and Wulingyuan Forest Park. To my surprise, there were no markups—just honest assistance. They also arranged airport pickup for us, with pricing comparable to booking a Didi (the Chinese equivalent of Uber). For those planning to visit the forest park, this hotel’s location is unbeatable. By stepping across the creek using the stone pathway, you can reach the east gate in just a few minutes. Given the park’s popularity, arriving early makes a significant difference in the experience. The complimentary breakfast was an unexpected delight. While many local restaurants emphasize their spicy regional dishes, the hotel's breakfast provided a refreshing alternative. Most of the offerings were Chinese cuisine, similar to what you might find in an Asian buffet in the U.S. or Canada—but noticeably fresher and tastier. There were a few pastries available, though the selection leaned heavily toward Chinese dishes. A standout feature was the noodle bar, where a chef prepared fresh noodles right on-site. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly friendly—not just at the front desk, but throughout the hotel. Everyone seemed genuinely willing to assist, even with matters outside their usual responsibilities.

Amazing hotel! I had an incredible 4 night stay here. The rooms are spacious and so clean, very nice breakfast and the staff are lovely. Every day they bring gifts to your room and they were very patient with me (as I don't speak Chinese). They helped me book trains and cable cars and the hotel is a very short walk from the cable car station to Tianeman Mountain. About 30-35 minutes in a taxi to Zhangjiaje National Park as well. I would love to stay here again some day!

I would highly recommend this hotel as it is new and clean and very convenient as it is next to the cable car station route A for Tian Men Shan! Below is a super duper delicious Cha Yan store which you could possibly get the best bubble tea to give Cha Gee a run for its $$$. All amenities are provided and the rooms are huge!!! There are free tea, lemon water and snacks on level 1 of the hotel and 24 hrs massage places are just next door!!!

High price high standing. We had an amazing stay. Location: walking distance from East entrance of the park (can cross the river through a charming wooden path) + walking distance from Wulingyuan center and cute streets. Room (rating the suite with bathtub): best part of the stay. The view on the river+city+mountain is stunning, can even be enjoyed while taking a bath. Room is very spacious, ultra modern (automatic curtains, many lights, hanging chair, fancy bathroom), it has all necessary equipments and the bed is super large and comfortable Staff: extremely friendly and helped us anytime of the day (WeChat and front desk) to prepare our trip, share recommandations, arrange special needs. Service is way above average. Breakfast: the one (and only) disappointment of the stay, it looks like a canteen and clearly not up to the hotel’s standards. Nothing important as you may want to leave early to enjoy the park anyway.

It's in a great location, 15 mins taxi ride from the airport and/or the high speed railway station. It's about 5 minutes walk from the Tian men mountain cable Terminal, and the lively neighbourhood offers many restaurants for food and drinks. The receptionist Chou was very friendly and helpful, and offered great advice for our travel plans and also helped us to book some tickets. I'd highly recommend this lovely hotel (Airbnb) to anyone who wants a great experience of Zhangjiaje! Thanks Chou for looking after us! x

We had a wonderful stay at ATOUR Hotel. The location is perfect -just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Messa at the front desk who went above and beyond by giving us water for our trip. The hotel offers plenty of complimentary treats, including drinks in the room, a free supper and discount for delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The laundry service was thoughtful too- the staff kindly offered to fold our clean clothes for pickup and asked us to rest early. ATOUR truly takes great care of their guests. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! It's located at the WUYI square opposite IFS. Nearest metro station is around 5-10min walk. The services are wonderful! Free laundry and drying service and also free airport or train station luggage delivery. Ive arrived early morning to Changsha and they offer free luggage storage. When departing, my flight is at night time, they helped me to deliver my luggage to airport so I'm luggage free and able to go few more places without burden! Replied WeChat messages fast and solve my problems well! Wonderful, good job 👍

Upon arrival, we are warmly welcome by the counter staff~叶子小姐 who assisted me in checking in to the room. She was so kind to give us a free up grade of having 4 beds (1 king, 1 single and 2 single beds instead of my original 3 beds ~ 1 king, 1 double and 1 single) on top of that, she added me in the WeChat to introduce places of interest to visit and to message her if we needed further assistance. The location is good as malls everywhere near hotel. There is also a karaoke at level 4. Use 大众点评网to book the room. We had a good deal of having singing session for a small room for RMB $40.🤫

This hotel was perfect for us. We had a lovely big room with comfy beds and a beautiful balcony with view onto the mountains. Breakfast on the 5th floor also had a great view. Slightly limited breakfast - had noodles, porridge and some bread buns, but yummy and good enough for us. The staff at the front desk were the highlight of this trip - so so helpful and couldn’t do enough. Gave us a full three day itinerary to suit our needs, bought tickets for us at discounted rate, told us how to get the buses, and even gave us a kit to soak our feet after a long day! So lovely and made the whole trip wonderful.

The location of Meiyi Light was perfect, easy taxi ride from Airport. The main shopping street, Jiefang Rd was just round the corner. There were many restaurants, super markets and shopping malls. We especially liked a restaurant just round the corner (Jiefang Rd.) for meals or just a beer, and have added a photo of this. It was possible to walk to the cable car station straight down Yingbin Rd, about 15 mins from the hotel, but taxis only cost about £1. There were some beautiful views of the City and River on the way. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of a hilly park. Hotel Staff were exremely nice and helpful.

We had a great stay. Dandan and Fangfang helped us so much to plan our trip. They lightened up our day. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. I travelled alone with two kids. And Dandan and Fangfang made it really easy for me. Also, they upgraded our room. Perfect.

Although hard to find initially, this hotel was adequate for my needs over two nights. The hotel is located conveniently near to a few subway lines and shopping malls, but that's about it. There's not much to do around the area, most tourist sites or worthwhile restaurants are about 3kms away or further and need a taxi ride/subway ride. The hotel itself feels pretty clean and modern, my friends rooms felt quite clean and modern but my room was old, dirty and weirdly designed. I think it was a family room previously and instead of doing any real renovations or decorations they just removed the extra bed. Some of the walls have childrens drawing on then in pencil, others are just filthy. The space of the room is massive but there is only one small table and chair. My friends who paid less or the same had two chairs or even a sofa. My room felt weird overall. Breakfast was standard, I'd recommend the noodles made to order over the premade buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was good, but I really really hope they do something about the room I stayed in....

Love this place. Everything is within walking distance. There are a lot of food options around the area. Hotel is clean with robot service at your finger tip. There is also laundry room and gym. Access to the lift and room is via access card so it is quite safe.

It really is a luxury hotel for a cheap price. I had the cheaper room with view on a concrete wall, but the features are great. Bluetooth sound system going through the room, large recreational space, modern and spacious bathroom. Too bad the staff engaging was not friendly. But apart from that, it’s probably the best hotel I’ve ever been in this price range.

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

the hotel was clean and the location is perfect if you're traveling from the south changsha station. however, i booked this hotel specifically because it lists its rooms as non smoking, but clearly the room i was placed in was a bit smoky and had an ashtray inside. the ac was very weak.

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

My second time staying here. Loved the service, cleanliness and location. The housekeeping team noticed that we loved their tea bags and left us a note to inform that they are giving us more of the teabags. Was also sick during the trip and they probably noticed that I downed many bottles of mineral water + meds on the table. They gave me more bottles of water than usual during their housekeeping duties. Love their attention to details and truly enjoyed my stay there! Scenery from the room was perfect as well.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

The Xuanyuan was terrific. The young girl operating it was such a cutie and made us feel so welcome. She let us know in advance we would be collected from the railway station and got us into our room as soon as possible. I am sorry I didn’t get her name but she went out of her way. The room was on the top floor with balcony, has all the modern appliances and fittings, ducted air conditioning and good shower. In departure we were supplied with a terrific home made Chinese breakfast. The b&b was situated just outside the entrance to the old town which was great.

The boss himself came to picked us up at the station. And when we want to go back he helped us to call driver since we cant use didi (online taxi) in there. The room big enough for 4 of us, and thr scenic area from the room really suit us

Stayed in a 2 double besd river view room for one night. Staff at the homestay are informative and helpful. Helped arranged pick up and drop off from train station at reasonable price. Room is clean but a bit disappointing with the towels provided. Looks old, overly used and thin. The room soundproof was not great. Our room was same level as the lobby and street and just next to the stairways that leads to other rooms from the lobby. Can hear other staffs and guests walking up and down early in the morning. Read reviews of many old homestays in furong with view of waterfall that the room will smell of sewage but at Tusi Xuanfu it was good. No sewerage smell. Only complain is that can smell other people smoking outside from our room and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The free chinese tea set while enjoying the view of the waterfall was bonus. The breakfast was simple, just noodle soup, mantou and instant coffee. Noodle soup tastes nice especially for a tourist like me. Would conclude that the price of the room I stayed is expensive compared to the quality of the room. The view from the courtyard is GREAT, just not from the room because the room only has view of the platform, and river but not the waterfall.

Owners are very kind, friendly and ready to help you. I added their wechat once booked. They will pick up us which the place under 3 choices. and he help us take the luggages to hotel, that is not far from oldtown entrance. The location is very good. Not loud and fuss. Very quite to rest and relax. The front view is so amazing. You can walk around 10-15 minutes to downtown. Owner provide e-map to you. You can left luggages once checked out and walk around old town. Then once you will go to railways, they will help you take the luggages to the old town entrance.

Good comfortable hotel in Fenghuang. It was in a great location because it was just far enough away from the river to not hear the loud noises at night from the nightclubs, but close enough that we could step outside and immediately be in the old city. The beds were comfortable and the staff were happy to provide extra pillows and bottles of water upon request. A very nice stay.

This hotel was such a gem! Located in a beautiful scenic area, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond by picking us up, dropping us off, and even helping with our luggage, which made our stay so much easier. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. One standout feature was the heated toilet seat, which was such a treat during the cold season. We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

I stayed at T Residence for a few nights. I found the customer service to be above and beyond, especially Nana (in the picture with me) and Xiao Fang. Their professionalism are second to none, and they make you feel right at home. The hotel was amazing. Minimalist with modern art design. The location is great. Their breakfast was nice. I highly recommend this residence to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Fenghuang.
